Claims (3)
- 공극을 마련하여 서로 대향하여 배치되고, 지지 부재로 지지된 제 1의 자성체 및 제 2의 자성체와,상기 공극 중에서 상기 제 1의 자성체 또는 제 2의 자성체에 근접하여 배치되고, 이들 제 1의 자성체 및 제 2의 자성체와 자로를 형성하는 자계 발생체와,상기 자계 발생체가 유지 고정되고, 상기 제 1의 자성체 및 제 2의 자성체와 상대 이동 가능하게 한 유지 부재와,상기 제 1의 자성체 또는 제 2의 자성체에 마련한 공극에 삽입되고, 상기 활주에 의해 변화하는 상기 자로에 의한 통과 자속을 기초로 상기 제 1의 자성체 및 제 2의 자성체와 상기 유지 부재와의 상대적인 위치 관계를 나타내는 신호를 출력하는 자기 센서를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,위치 고정한 제 1의 자성체 및 제 2의 자성체에 대해 유지 부재를 상대 이동 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,위치 고정한 유지 부재에 대해 제 1의 자성체 및 제 2의 자성체를 상대 이동 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 검출 장치.
