Description
前記冷媒の入口側の熱交換部を、3パスとし、
前記冷媒の出口側の熱交換部を、2パス以上とし、
前記入口側熱交換部の第1パスを下降流パスとし且つ第2パスを上昇流パスとし且つ第3パスを下降流パスとし、また、前記出口側熱交換部の第1パスを上昇流パスとし、
前記入口側熱交換部の第1パスの通路断面積を、他のいずれのパスの通路断面積よりも小さくし、
前記入口側熱交換部の第2パスの通路断面積を、前記入口側熱交換部の第3パスの通路断面積よりも大きくし、
前記出口側熱交換部の第1パスの通路断面積を、前記入口側熱交換部の第3パスの通路断面積よりも小さくしたことを特徴とするものである。

ここでS10aは入口側熱交換器の第1パス10aの通路断面積、S10bは入口側熱交換器の第2パス10bの通路断面積、S10cは入口側熱交換器の第3パス10cの通路断面積、S20aは出口側熱交換器の第1パス20aの通路断面積、S20bは出口側熱交換器の第2パス20bの通路断面積、S20cは出口側熱交換器の第3パス20cの通路断面積である。なお、この実施形態では、各熱交換通路の通路断面積は同一に設定されているため、「パスの通路断面積」=「パスの熱交換通路数」×「各熱交換通路の通路断面積」である。
次にこの第1実施形態の蒸発器1に低流量の冷媒を導入する場合の冷媒分布を図7を参照しつつ説明する。
次に、この第1実施形態の蒸発器1の効果をまとめる。

ここでS210aは入口側熱交換器の第1パス210aの通路断面積、S210bは入口側熱交換器の第2パス210bの通路断面積、S220aは出口側熱交換器の第1パス220aの通路断面積、S220bは出口側熱交換器の第2パス220bの通路断面積である。

Claims (5)
- 上下方向に延在し且つ左右方向に積層された複数の熱交換通路(31)と、前記熱交換通路(31)の上下両端に接続され熱交換通路からの冷媒を合流分配するタンク(11、12)と、を有する熱交換部(10、20)を備え、
前記熱交換部(10、20)を通風方向に向けて二層に配置し、
一方の熱交換部(10)の左右方向一方に冷媒導入口(7)を設け且つ他方の熱交換部(20)の左右方向一方に冷媒導出口(8)を設けるとともに左右方向他方に両熱交換部(10、20)を連通する連通部(9)を設け、前記タンク(11、12、22)を区画する仕切部(51)を設けることで、前記一方の熱交換部(10)に冷媒を流通させた後に続けてその冷媒を他方の熱交換部(20)に流通させる蒸発器(1)であって、
前記冷媒の入口側の熱交換部(10)を、3パスとし、
前記冷媒の出口側の熱交換部(20)を、2パス以上とし、
前記入口側熱交換部(10)の第1パス(10a)を下降流パスとし且つ第2パス(10b)を上昇流パスとし且つ第3パス(10c)を下降流パスとし、また、前記出口側熱交換部の第1パス(20a)を上昇流パスとし、
前記入口側熱交換部の第1パス(10a)の通路断面積を、他のいずれのパスの通路断面積よりも小さくし、
前記入口側熱交換部の第2パス(10b)の通路断面積を、前記入口側熱交換部の第3パス(10c)の通路断面積よりも大きくし、
前記出口側熱交換部の第1パス(20a)の通路断面積を、前記入口側熱交換部の第3パス(10c)の通路断面積よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする蒸発器(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の蒸発器(1)であって、
前記出口側熱交換部(10)は、第1パス(10a)から最終パス(10c)に向けて除々に通路断面積が大きくなっていることを特徴とする蒸発器(1)。 - 請求項1または2に記載の蒸発器(1)であって、
前記入口側熱交換部の第1パス(10a)の通路断面積は、前記冷媒導入口(7)の通路断面積以上であることを特徴とする蒸発器(1)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器(1)であって、
前記各熱交換部(10、20)の熱交換通路(31)はすべて同一の通路断面積で構成されていることを特徴とする蒸発器(1)。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器(1)であって、
前記冷媒導入口(7)および前記冷媒導出口(8)は近接配置されていることを特徴とする蒸発器(1)。
