Claims (5)
- ノズル本体の内孔に内孔体が配置される連続鋳造用ノズルであって、
内孔体の配合物が、ドロマイトクリンカーからなり、
しかも内孔体の配合物の粒度構成が、粒度1mm超が10質量%以下(0を含む)、粒度0.5mm超1mm以下が30〜80質量%、粒度0.5mm以下が10〜70質量%であり、
かつ、前記粒度0.5mm以下の部分の粒度構成が、配合物100質量%に対して、粒度0.3mm超0.5mm以下が2〜15質量%、粒度0.1mm超0.3mm以下が3〜35質量%、粒度0.1mm以下が1〜20質量%であって、
内孔体は配合物に有機バインダーを添加して混練後、成形し熱処理することで製造されることを特徴とする最大発生応力を抑制し押し割りを防止する難付着性連続鋳造用ノズル。 - ノズル本体の内孔に内孔体が配置される連続鋳造用ノズルであって、
内孔体の配合物が、ドロマイトクリンカーを80質量%以上と、残部が、粒度0.5mm以下のマグネシアクリンカーとからなり、
しかも内孔体の配合物の粒度構成が、粒度1mm超が10質量%以下(0を含む)、粒度0.5mm超1mm以下が30〜80質量%、粒度0.5mm以下が10〜70質量%であり、
かつ、前記粒度0.5mm以下の部分の粒度構成が、配合物100質量%に対して、粒度0.3mm超0.5mm以下が2〜15質量%、粒度0.1mm超0.3mm以下が3〜35質量%、粒度0.1mm以下が1〜20質量%であって、
内孔体は配合物に有機バインダーを添加して混練後、成形し熱処理することで製造されることを特徴とする最大発生応力を抑制し押し割りを防止する難付着性連続鋳造用ノズル。 - ノズル本体の内孔に内孔体が配置される連続鋳造用ノズルであって、
内孔体の配合物が、ドロマイトクリンカーを60質量%以上と、残部が、マグネシアクリンカー、カルシウムシリケート、ジルコニア、またはカルシウムジルコネートのうち1種以上とからなり、
しかも内孔体の配合物の粒度構成が、粒度1mm超が10質量%以下(0を含む)、粒度0.5mm超1mm以下が30〜80質量%、粒度0.5mm以下が10〜70質量%であり、
かつ、前記粒度0.5mm以下の部分の粒度構成が、配合物100質量%に対して、粒度0.3mm超0.5mm以下が2〜15質量%、粒度0.1mm超0.3mm以下が3〜35質量%、粒度0.1mm以下が1〜20質量%であって、
内孔体は配合物に有機バインダーを添加して混練後、成形し熱処理することで製造されることを特徴とする最大発生応力を抑制し押し割りを防止する難付着性連続鋳造用ノズル。 - 内孔体の熱間での最大発生応力が2MPa以下である請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載の最大発生応力を抑制し押し割りを防止する難付着性連続鋳造用ノズル。
- ノズル本体の弾性率をE1、内孔体の弾性率をE2とした場合に、ノズル本体と内孔体が接触している部分が次の(1)〜(3)式を全て満足している請求項1、請求項2、請求項3または請求項4に記載の最大発生応力を抑制し押し割りを防止する難付着性連続鋳造用ノズル。
