Description
ハニカム体と波形筒とハウジングを製造し、その際、波形筒および/又はハウジングが少なくとも1つのろう付け境界手段を有し、
波形筒上に少なくとも1つのろう材テープを置き、その際、ろう材テープを、少なくとも1つのろう付け境界手段に対して平行に配置し、
波形筒で包囲したハニカム体をハウジングに挿入し、これによって、少なくとも1つのろう付け境界手段で、少なくとも1つのろう材テープによる結合部分を限界づけ、そして
波形筒とハニカム体との間並びに波形筒とハウジングとの間における接合技術的結合部を形成し、その際、ろう付け境界手段が、ろう材テープのろう材流出を阻止する。
Claims (11)
- ハニカム体(2)とハウジング(3)とを有し、ハニカム体(2)とハウジング(3)との間に単層の波形筒(4)が配置され、該波形筒(4)の外側面(5)が結合部分(26)でハウジング(3)に接合技術的に結合され、内側面(6)がハニカム体(2)に接合技術的に結合されている、幾何学的長手軸線(10)を持った触媒担体(1)において、
前記結合部分(26)が、共通の円周線上に位置し、前記長手軸線(10)の方向において10mm以下の幅(11)を有し、ハニカム体(2)をその総面積に基づいて150Gの荷重を伴う運転条件下で確実に保持し、この際
前記結合部分(26)が長手軸線(12)の方向における波形筒の広がり寸法に関しほぼ中央に配置されているろう材テープ(7)によって形成され、波形筒(4)および/又はハウジング(3)が少なくとも1つのろう付け境界手段(8)を有し、このろう付け境界手段(8)が、ろう材テープ(7)に対し平行に延び、ろう材テープ(7)を長手軸線の方向に限界づけ、この際波形筒(4)がハニカム体(2)と少なくともハニカム体(2)の端面側近くで接合技術的に結合されることを特徴とする触媒担体。 - 結合部分(26)が、長手軸線(10)の方向におけるハニカム体(2)の広がり寸法(9)に関しほぼ中央で、ハニカム体(2)の周りに配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒担体。
- ろう付け境界手段(8)が、波形筒(4)および/又はハウジング(3)に被着および/又は加工された表面領域であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の触媒担体。
- ろう付け境界手段(8)が、少なくとも1つの切欠き溝(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の触媒担体。
- 波形筒(4)が、長手軸線(10)に対し平行に延びる波形組織(13)に加えて、ろう付け境界手段(8)を形成し、ろう材の流れを阻止するための少なくとも1つの横組織(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の触媒担体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの横組織(14)が半径方向(5)外側に向けられ、ハウジング(3)が、それに対応した少なくとも1つの凹所(16)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの横組織(14)と少なくとも1つの凹所(16)との間に隙間(17)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の触媒担体。
- 波形筒(4)がハニカム体(2)との接合技術的結合に対する少なくとも2つの結合領域(20)を有し、これらの結合領域(20)が、波形筒(4)の内側面(6)上の、ハニカム体(2)の端面(21)近くに配置され、その端面(21)で終えることを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の触媒担体。
- ハウジング(3)が、半径方向(15)に見て少なくとも1つの結合領域(20)と、少なくとも部分的に重なり合う少なくとも1つの切込み空所(22)とを有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の触媒担体。
- 波形筒(4)が0.08〜0.25mmの材料厚(23)を有し、波形組織(13)が1.5〜4mmの波長(24)並びに0.5〜2mmの波高(25)で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の触媒担体。
- ハニカム体(2)とハウジング(3)とを有し、ハニカム体(2)とハウジング(3)との間に単層の波形筒(4)が配置され、この筒(4)の外側面(5)がハウジング(3)に接合技術的に結合され、内側面(6)がハニカム体(2)に接合技術的に結合された幾何学的長手軸線(10)を有する触媒担体(1)の製造方法において、
少なくともハニカム体(2)と波形筒(4)とハウジング(3)を製造し、その際波形筒(4)および/又はハウジング(3)に、少なくとも1つのろう付け境界手段(8)を設け、
波形筒(4)上に少なくとも1つのろう材テープ(7)を置き、その際ろう材テープ(7)を、少なくとも1つのろう付け境界手段(8)に対し平行に配置するとともに長手軸線(12)の方向における波形筒の広がり寸法に関しほぼ中央に配置し、
波形筒(4)で包囲したハニカム体(2)をハウジング(3)に挿入し、もって少なくとも1つのろう付け境界手段(8)が、少なくとも1つのろう材テープ(7)により結合部分(26)を限界づけ、
波形筒(4)とハニカム体(2)との間並びに波形筒(4)とハウジング(3)との間における接合技術的結合部を形成し、この際波形筒(4)がハニカム体(2)と少なくともハニカム体(2)の端面側近くで接合技術的に結合され、その際、ろう付け境界手段(8)が、ろう材テープ(7)のろう材流出を阻止するようにする
各工程を含むことを特徴とする触媒担体の製造方法。 - 10mm以下の幅(11)を持つろう材テープ(7)を、波形筒(4)の外側面(5)上に環状に形成し、長手軸線(10)の方向においてハニカム体(2)の広がり寸法(9)に関し中央でハニカム体(2)の周りに配置することを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
