Claims (11)
- 間隔をおいて配列される複数の単位電池と、
前記複数の単位電池の間に設けられる隔壁とを含み、
前記隔壁は、
互いに間隔をおいて配列されるとともに、前記単位電池を支持することによって隣接する前記単位電池間に空気を流通させる隙間からなる空気流れ部を形成する複数の突起と、
前記隔壁の一方向に沿って形成されており、空気を流通させる空間からなる流路を有する強度強化部とを含み、
前記強度強化部は、前記隔壁の前記単位電池と向かい合う面の対向する両側辺部のみに沿って配置され、前記単位電池を支持し、
前記複数の突起は、前記両側辺部に沿って対向して配置された前記強度強化部の間に配置され、
前記複数の単位電池の配列方向の側端側に配置された隔壁から前記配列方向の中央側に配置された隔壁へ行くほど、前記強度強化部が形成された領域が次第に減るように形成されるとともに前記突起が形成された領域が次第に増えるように形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記突起は一定の間隔をおいて形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁の全領域における前記強度強化部が形成される領域の比率が10〜30%である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突起は前記隔壁に対して同一方向に突き出されて形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突起は円すい台形状である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記流路が前記隔壁の前面及び後面に形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記強度強化部は、前記隔壁が有する板材に任意の間隔をおいて突き出される複数のリブを含み、前記流路は前記複数のリブの間に形成される空間からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブは前記突起と同一方向に突き出されて形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブの幅は前記突起の最大直径と同一である、請求項7または請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は一対が備えられて、各々の強度強化部同士と突起同士とがそれぞれ対向するように配置される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一対の隔壁が溶接によって固定結合される、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
