Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る組電池を示す斜視図である。図1を参照して、実施の形態1に係る組電池1について説明する。なお、DR1方向は、組電池1の長手方向を示すとともに後述するように複数の単電池2が積層される積層方向を示す。DR2方向は、組電池1の短手方向を示し、DR1方向に直交する。DR3方向は、DR1方向およびDR2方向に直交する。図1中においては、DR3方向が重力方向に一致するように、組電池1が配置されている。
図7は、比較例におけるスペーサの横断面図である。図8は、比較例におけるスペーサの縦断面の一部を示す断面図である。図7および図8を参照して、比較例におけるスペーサ3Xについて説明する。
図10は、変形例1に係るスペーサの縦断面の一部を示す図である。図10を参照して、変形例1に係るスペーサ3Aについて説明する。
図11は、変形例2に係るスペーサの縦断面の一部を示す図である。図11を参照して、変形例2に係るスペーサ3Bについて説明する。
図12は、実施の形態2に係るスペーサの横断面図である。図13は、図12に示すXIII−XIII線に沿った断面図である。図12および図13を参照して、実施の形態2に係るスペーサ3Cについて説明する。
Claims (7)
- 第1単電池と、
前記第1単電池と第1方向において対向する第2単電池と、
前記第1単電池と前記第2単電池との間に配置されたスペーサとを備え、
前記第1単電池は、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に沿って巻回軸が延在してなる巻回電極体と、前記巻回電極体および電解液が収容された筐体とを含み、
前記スペーサは、前記第1単電池に面する主面と、前記主面から前記第1単電池側に向けて突出する複数の突起部とを含み、
前記複数の突起部は、前記筐体が膨張していない状態において前記筐体に当接する複数の第1突起部と、前記第1突起部の高さよりも低く、前記筐体が所定量だけ膨張した状態において前記第1突起部に負荷される応力を緩和させるために前記筐体に当接する複数の第2突起部とを含み、
前記複数の第1突起部は、前記主面のうちの、前記第1方向から見た場合に前記巻回電極体の前記第2方向における両端部に重なる領域である一対の第1領域の各々に少なくとも設けられた端部側突起部と、前記主面のうち前記第2方向における中央部に設けられた中央側突起部とを含み、
前記複数の第2突起部は、前記主面のうちの、前記一対の第1領域の間に位置する領域である第2領域において、前記中央側突起部と前記一対の第1領域の間に設けられている、組電池。 - 前記複数の第2突起部は、前記複数の第1突起部から離間して設けられている、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記複数の第2突起部は、前記第1方向および前記第2方向に直交する第3方向における前記スペーサの一方側に設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の組電池。
- 前記複数の第2突起部は、高さが互いに異なるものを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記端部側突起部は、複数設けられており、
複数の前記端部側突起部は、前記第2方向において前記スペーサの両端側から中央側に向けて延在し、前記第1方向および前記第2方向に直交する第3方向に並んで配置されたものを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 前記端部側突起部は、複数設けられており、
前記複数の第2突起部の少なくともいずれかは、複数の前記端部側突起部の少なくともいずれかに連続するように設けられている、請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 前記端部側突起部に連続する前記第2突起部は、前記第1方向および前記第2方向に直交する第3方向に沿って延在する、請求項6に記載の組電池。
