Claims (4)
- 所定方向に並べられた複数の蓄電素子と、
前記所定方向で隣り合う2つの前記蓄電素子の間に配置された仕切り部材と、
前記所定方向において前記複数の蓄電素子を挟む位置に配置され、前記複数の蓄電素子に対して前記所定方向の拘束力を与えるための一対のエンドプレートと、
前記所定方向に延び、前記一対のエンドプレートにそれぞれ連結される複数の連結部材と、を有し、
前記蓄電素子は、
集電板に正極活物質層が形成された正極板と、集電板に負極活物質層が形成された負極板とを備え、充放電を行う発電要素と、
前記発電要素を収容し、前記所定方向と直交する平坦面を備えたケースと、を有し、
前記平坦面は、前記正極活物質層および前記負極活物質層と前記所定方向で対向する第1領域と、前記第1領域以外の領域であって前記第1領域の周囲に位置する第2領域とを有し、
前記仕切り部材は、前記所定方向で隣り合う2つの前記蓄電素子の少なくとも一方の前記平坦面に対して、前記第1領域を囲むように配置される突起部を介して前記第2領域内で接触し、
前記仕切り部材は、前記第1領域に接触せずに、前記第2領域と接触する前記突起部によって前記発電要素の膨張に伴う前記第1領域の変形を許容するスペースを形成し、
前記所定方向で隣り合う2つの前記蓄電素子の少なくとも一方の前記平坦面において、前記仕切り部材から前記突起部を介して前記第2領域に前記拘束力を作用させるとともに、前記仕切り部材から前記スペースを介して前記第1領域に前記拘束力を作用させないことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 前記複数の連結部材は、前記所定方向と直交する平面内において、前記蓄電素子を挟む位置に配置された一対の前記連結部材を含み、
前記第2領域の一部は、前記所定方向と直交する平面内において、前記一対の連結部材の一方から他方まで延びており、
前記第2領域に対して前記仕切り部材が接触する領域は、前記所定方向と直交する平面内において、前記一対の連結部材を結ぶ直線上で延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記仕切り部材は、
前記所定方向で前記平坦面と対向する本体部と、
前記ケースと接触して前記所定方向と直交する平面内で前記蓄電素子を位置決めするためのフランジと、を有し、
前記突起部は、前記本体部から前記所定方向に突出し、先端において前記第2領域に接触することを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 蓄電素子と、
所定方向において前記蓄電素子を挟む位置に配置され、前記蓄電素子に対して前記所定方向の拘束力を与えるための一対のエンドプレートと、
前記所定方向に延び、前記一対のエンドプレートにそれぞれ連結される複数の連結部材と、を有し、
前記蓄電素子は、
集電板に正極活物質層が形成された正極板と、集電板に負極活物質層が形成された負極板とを備え、充放電を行う発電要素と、
前記発電要素を収容し、前記所定方向と直交する平坦面を備えたケースと、を有し、
前記平坦面は、前記正極活物質層および前記負極活物質層と前記所定方向で対向する第1領域と、前記第1領域以外の領域であって前記第1領域の周囲に位置する第2領域とを有し、
前記一対のエンドプレートの少なくとも一方は、前記蓄電素子の前記平坦面に対して、前記第1領域を囲むように配置される突起部を介して前記第2領域内で接触し、
前記一対のエンドプレートの少なくとも一方は、前記第1領域に接触せずに、前記第2領域と接触する前記突起部によって前記発電要素の膨張に伴う前記第1領域の変形を許容するスペースを形成し、
前記ケースの前記平坦面において、前記一対のエンドプレートの少なくとも一方から前記突起部を介して前記第2領域に前記拘束力を作用させ、前記少なくとも一方から前記スペースを介して前記第1領域に前記拘束力を作用させないことを特徴とする蓄電装置。
