Description
本発明、こうした実情の下に、二つの部材を接触させて振動溶着する際に、両部材の位置決めを容易に確実に行うことができ、同時にその確認を目視により容易に行うことができ、かつその位置決めにより振動溶着時には障害をきたすことがない振動溶着に好適な樹脂部品の位置決め構造を提供することを目的とするものである。
すなわち、本発明は、
[1]樹脂よりなる第1部材及び第2部材を重ね合わせ、第2部材を振動させてこれらの対向面を互いに振動溶着するための樹脂部品の位置決め構造であって、
第1部材の対向面には第2部材を目視により位置決め確認できる位置決め手段を該第2部材の振動方向の端部に対応する部位に一体に突設形成するとともに、前記位置決め手段の先端寄りの部分のみを一方向の当たり面とし、第2部材の振動を妨げないように溶着時該位置決め手段を撓ませることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め構造、
[2]前記位置決め手段は、一対の当接手段であり、かつ該当接手段の間に第2部材を配置することを特徴とする[1]記載の樹脂部品の位置決め構造。
[3]前記第2部材には、前記第1部材の当接手段を受容する受容部を設けてなることを特徴とする[2]記載の樹脂部品の位置決め構造、に関する。
また、当接手段の高さは、両部材を重ね合わせたとき、適正な位置決めを目視にて容易に確認できるような高さであればよい。
図1は、前記第1部材に相当するインストルメントパネル(アウター)に対して、これに溶着一体化される前記第2部材に相当するエアバッグ装置を取付けるためのインナー部材の位置決めの設明図である。この実施例においては、位置決め用の当接手段としてリブを突設させている。
図2は、図1に示すように位置決めされた両部材のインナー振動方向に平行する断面説明図である。図2に示す実施例においては、当接手段である厚さ0.5mm、高さ6mmのリブの先端寄りの部分のみを当たり面としている。そのことにより溶着時リブが無理なく撓み、インナーの振動を妨げないように構成している。なお、この実施例のリブは目視確認を容易にするため、インナーの当接部材受容部周辺から1mm程度突き出すように構成している。
図3は、図2の矢視A方向から見た振動方向に対して直交する面の説明図であり、インナーの振動方向に平行する当たり面は、受容部位全体で位置決めリブの斜面に全当たりして位置づれを防止している。なお、この実施例ではリブに斜面を形成しているが、これはインナー部材の成形後型抜きのしやすさからこうした形状を採用したものであって、特に斜面を備えることが必要ということではない。
図4は、本発明の溶着構造により振動溶着した両部材の説明図である。位置決めリブは、振動溶着の際に外側に撓んでいる。
Claims (3)
- 樹脂よりなる第1部材及び第2部材を重ね合わせ、第2部材を振動させて、これらの対向面を互いに振動溶着するための樹脂部品の位置決め構造であって、
第1部材の対向面には第2部材を目視により位置決め確認できる位置決め手段を該第2部材の振動方向の端部に対応する部位に一体に突設形成するとともに、前記位置決め手段の先端寄りの部分のみを一方向の当たり面とし、第2部材の振動を妨げないように溶着時該位置決め手段を撓ませることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め構造。 - 前記位置決め手段は、一対の当接手段であり、かつ該当接手段の間に第2部材を配置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂部品の位置決め構造。
- 前記第2部材には、前記第1部材の当接手段を受容する受容部を設けてなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の樹脂部品の位置決め構造。
