Claims (6)
- それぞれが樹脂材よりなる第1部材及び第2部材を重ね合わせて、それぞれの接合面を超音波溶着してなる樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造であって、
前記第1部材の接合面には、第2部材側にピンが一体に突設形成してなり、
前記第2部材の接合面には、第1部材のピンが挿入可能なると共に第1部材の振動方向にピンが遊動可能なるフレキシブル部を形成してなることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造であって、
前記フレキシブル部の平面側の面に、前記ピンの溶着位置を目視可能な基準部を形成してなることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造であって、
前記フレキシブル部の垂直面側の面に、前記ピンの溶着時における自由端部の位置を目視可能な基準部を形成してなることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造であって、
前記フレキシブル部は、振動方向に長溝なるように形成してなることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造であって、
前記フレキシブル部は、振動方向に面直な薄肉片持ち部材を前記第2部材より突出形成してなることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造であって、
前記フレキシブル部は、前記ピンを四方より接触可能なるように突出形成してなることを特徴とする樹脂部品の位置決め溶着構造。
