Description
Claims (10)
- はんだ処理部に熱風を噴出させるはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置であって、
風を熱風吹出し口に導く装置内風通路と、
上記装置内風通路中に設けられ、風を加熱するヒータと、
上記ヒータの下流側に設けられる導風板とを備え、
上記導風板は、平板状の基板を用いて形成されていて、上記装置内風通路の内部に固定される外周部と、上記基板の中心部に設けられた熱風通流用の中央穴を囲む周縁部と、上記外周部と上記周縁部との間に、風の流れに対して所定の傾斜角で傾斜するように設けられた複数の羽根板とを有し、各羽根板が上記外周部に繋がる部分と上記周縁部に繋がる部分とに支持され、放射状に形成された切れ目の隣り合うものどうしの間の全域が、前記傾斜した羽根板として形成されていることを特徴とするはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置。 - 上記羽根板の枚数が4枚以上かつ10枚以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置。
- 上記所定の傾斜角は30度以上かつ60度以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置。
- 上記熱風吹出し口に着脱自在に装着され、基端口から受け入れた熱風を、ノズル内風通路を経由して先端口に導くノズルを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置。
- はんだ処理部に熱風を噴出させるはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置であって、
風を熱風吹出し口に導く装置内風通路と、
上記装置内風通路中に設けられ、風を加熱するヒータと、
上記熱風吹出し口に着脱自在に装着され、基端口から受け入れた熱風をノズル内風通路を経由して先端口に導くノズルと、
上記熱風吹出し口と上記基端口との境界部に着脱自在かつ固定して設けられる導風板とを備え、
上記導風板は、平板状の基板を用いて形成されていて、上記境界部の内部に固定される外周部と、上記基板の中心部に設けられた熱風通流用の中央穴を囲む周縁部と、上記外周部と上記周縁部との間に、風の流れに対して所定の傾斜角で傾斜するように設けられた複数の羽根板とを有し、各羽根板が上記外周部に繋がる部分と上記周縁部に繋がる部分とに支持され、放射状に形成された切れ目の隣り合うものどうしの間の全域が、前記傾斜した羽根板として形成されていることを特徴とするはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置。 - 上記羽根板の枚数が4枚以上かつ10枚以下であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置。
- 上記所定の傾斜角は30度以上かつ60度以下であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置。
- はんだ処理部に熱風を噴出させるはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置の熱風吹出し口に着脱自在に装着されるノズルであって、
上記熱風吹出し口から熱風を受け入れる基端口と、
受け入れた熱風を噴出させる先端口と、
上記基端口と上記先端口とを連通するノズル内風通路と、
上記ノズル内風通路中に設けられる導風板とを備え、
上記導風板は、平板状の基板を用いて形成されていて、上記ノズル内風通路の内部に固定される外周部と、上記基板の中心部に設けられた熱風通流用の中央穴を囲む周縁部と、上記外周部と上記周縁部との間に、風の流れに対して所定の傾斜角で傾斜するように設けられた複数の羽根板とを有し、各羽根板が上記外周部に繋がる部分と上記周縁部に繋がる部分とに支持され、放射状に形成された切れ目の隣り合うものどうしの間の全域が、前記傾斜した羽根板として形成されていることを特徴とするはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置用ノズル。 - 上記羽根板の枚数が4枚以上かつ10枚以下であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置用ノズル。
- 上記所定の傾斜角は30度以上かつ60度以下であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のはんだ処理用熱風噴出装置用ノズル。
