Claims (5)
- 少なくとも2種類の液状樹脂を所定比率で供給する供給装置と、供給された該液状樹脂を混合する混合装置と、混合された該液状樹脂をプランジャ射出装置に送るために該混合装置と該プランジャ射出装置とを連通する連通部材と、プランジャの後退制御によって該液状樹脂の混合液を一旦射出シリンダで計量した後に該プランジャの前進制御によって該混合液を射出するプランジャ射出装置と、を含み、
前記混合装置が、前記供給装置に材料供給孔を経由して連通する混合シリンダと、該混合シリンダのシリンダ孔の中で少なくとも回転自在に設けられた混合軸と、該混合軸の回転を制御して混合の強さを制御する回転駆動装置と、を含む液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法であって、
前記液状樹脂の混合の強さの調整が、前記混合軸の回転速度制御と前記プランジャの後退速度制御とを相関的に調整することによって行われることを特徴とする液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法。 - 前記混合軸が、前記混合シリンダのシリンダ孔の中で回転又は前後動し、かつその大部分の側面に多数の凸状突起を有し、前記混合装置が、該混合軸の前後動を制御して前記混合液の逆流を防止する逆流防止機構を含む液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法。
- 前記混合軸の凸状突起が、該混合軸に沿って互いに交差するように刻設された複数条の交差螺旋溝によって区画されるように形成されている液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法。
- 前記混合軸が、該混合軸の大部分に前記凸状突起を有すると共にさらに前記材料供給孔に望む箇所の近傍に複条短ピッチの螺旋溝を有し、該螺旋溝のねじれ方向を、該混合軸が回転したときに前記液状樹脂を基部側から先端側に送り出す方向に傾斜させてある液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法であることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法。
- 前記連通部材の連通孔と前記射出シリンダのシリンダ孔とが、該連通孔が該射出シリンダのシリンダ孔の終端面で開口することによって連通させてある液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4記載の液状樹脂成形機の射出装置の混合方法。
