プランジャ移動手段17は、油圧シリンダ、エアシリンダ、電動シリンダが適している。
スクリュー回転機構27は、減速機付き電動機が好適である。
図4に示すように、スクリュー26が中央にあるため、第1液35と第2液37が直接混合することはなく、一旦、スクリュー26の基部に当たる。
装置的には偶力が無い方が好まれる。そこで、偶力を無くすることができる例を次に説明する。
図7に示すように、ミキシング機構20は、スタティックミキサー(静止型混合機)であってもよい。スタティックミキサー41は、ミキシングブロック25と、静止部材(非回転部材)であるミキサーエレメント42と、このミキサーエレメント42の一端から第1液35及び第2液37を導入するエンドプレート43とからなる。ミキサーエレメント42は、平板を右又は左にねじった形態のものが好ましい。
第1液35及び第2液37はミキサーエレメント42により、順次撹拌混合されるが、この際に分離、転換、変転を繰り返され、撹拌混合が促される。スクリュー回転機構(図3、符号27)が不要であるため、ミキシング機構20が簡単に且つ安価になる。

前記ミキシング機構から供給される混合済み液状材料が前記螺旋溝を通って前記プランジャの前方空間に貯留されるようにしたことを特徴とする二液用射出機。 - 前記ミキシング機構は、ミキシングブロックと、このミキシングブロックに回転自在に収納されるスクリューと、前記ミキシングブロックに支持され前記スクリューを回すスクリュー回転機構と、前記ミキシングブロックに設けられ第1の液状材料を前記スクリューの基部へ供給する第1液供給路と、この第1液供給路とは別の部位にて前記ミキシングブロックに設けられ第2の液状材料を前記スクリューの基部へ供給する第2液供給路と、前記ミキシングブロックに設けられ前記スクリューの先端近傍から混合済み液状材料を流出させる第1通路とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二液用射出機。
- 前記第1液供給路と前記第2液供給路は、前記スクリューの回転中心を通る線上に配置され且つ前記第1液供給路と前記第2液供給路の間に前記スクリューが介在するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の二液用射出機。
