Claims (1)
- 被加熱物を予熱するための予熱室と、該予熱室において予熱された被加熱物を加熱ろう付けする加熱室と、該加熱室において加熱された被加熱物を徐冷する徐冷室と、上記被加熱物を上記予熱室、加熱室、徐冷室内へと搬送するコンベアベルトとを備え、上記各室に雰囲気ガスが充填されたろう付け用雰囲気炉において、
上記予熱室内及び徐冷室内には雰囲気ガスの流出を防止する可撓性のシール部材がそれぞれその天井面及び左右両側壁面からその室内の長さ方向に所定間隔を置いて室内に向けて同一前後位置に又は天井面からの可撓性シール部材と左右両側壁面からの可撓性シール部材とが交互に複数列突出するように設けられ、
上記コンベアベルト上には該コンベアベルトの進行方向正面から見て該被加熱物よりも高くて広い幅を有する鉄鋼又はグラファイトからなる板状の構造物が上記コンベアベルト搬送方向と直交する向きに被加熱物が載置されるべき所定の間隔を置いてコンベアベルト上に多数起立固定され、
該コンベアベルトの移動に伴って上記各構造物が上記可撓性シール部材に摺接するように構成したことを特徴とするろう付け炉。
