Abstract
【解決手段】 雰囲気炉を循環するコンベアベルト上に所定の間隔を置いて該ベルトの進行方向と直交するように鉄鋼又はグラファイトからなる構造物を立設配置すると共に、雰囲気炉の前後両側に設けられるシール室(予熱室及び徐冷室)の天井および左右両側壁からは上記構造物と摺接し得る可撓性のシール部材を室内に向けて突出するように設けてなることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 被加熱物を予熱するための予熱室と、該予熱室において予熱された被加熱物を加熱ろう付けする加熱室と、該加熱室において加熱された被加熱物を徐冷する徐冷室と、上記被加熱物を上記予熱室、加熱室、徐冷室内へと搬送するコンベアベルトとを備え、上記各室に雰囲気ガスが充填されたろう付け用雰囲気炉において、上記予熱室内及び徐冷室内には雰囲気ガスの流出を防止する可撓性のシール部材が設けられ、上記コンベアベルト上には上記被加熱物が載置されるべき所定の間隔を置いて構造物が多数立設され、該コンベアベルトの移動に伴って上記各構造物が上記可撓性シール部材に摺接するように構成したことを特徴とするろう付け炉。
- 前記構造物は被加熱物よりも高くて広い面積を有する鉄鋼又はグラファイトからなる板状であり、前記コンベアベルト搬送方向と直交する向きに所定の間隔を置いてコンベアベルト上に多数起立固定されてなる請求項1記載のろう付け炉。
- 前記予熱室及び徐冷室の室内には、それぞれその天井面及び左右両側壁面から前記可撓性シール部材がその室内の長さ方向に所定間隔を置いて同一前後位置に又は交互に複数列突出するように設けられてなる請求項1又は2記載のろう付け炉。
