Abstract

本发明的目的具有较短的位于钎焊气氛室前面和后面的密封室(预热室和分段冷却室),以实现更好的气氛密封效果,并且可以防止由金属或其他材料制成的传统帘幕引起的刮擦。为了实现上述目的,由金属或石墨制成的结构件在垂直于移动方向的方向上被直立安装在循环通过气氛炉的传送带上。并且柔性密封材料被安装到位于气氛炉前面和后面的密封室(预热室和分段冷却室)的顶板和左右侧壁上,朝向室的中心,从而能够实现柔性密封材料与上述结构件的摩擦接触。

Description

钎焊炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钎焊气氛炉(brazing atmospheric furnace),其中气氛气体例如从水冷室持续供应给该钎焊气氛炉,并且通过其管道,传输带受驱动循环。
背景技术
这种气氛炉用于对待加热的铝材进行钎焊。在此情况下如何保持炉内良好的气氛是非常重要的。通常,通过水冷室等被带入到炉子加热室中的炉内气氛由类似预热室或分段冷却室这类密封室来保持。
必须将这些密封室放置到炉子的前面和后面。其中一个密封室设置在待加热材料的入口处,而另一密封室则设置在待加热材料的出口处。密封室必须能够容许待加热材料经过并且同时必须保持炉内气氛。因此密封室必须具有一定的长度。实际上,唯一的解决方案是在每个密封室的开口处覆盖一个以上的金属帘幕。
发明内容
本发明的目的是具有位于气氛炉前面和后面的较短的密封室,并且防止金属帘幕造成对待加热材料的刮擦。本发明的另一个目的是避免保持材料的工具在传送带上被加热。
本发明用于一种钎焊气氛炉系统,其包括对待加热材料进行预热的预热室,对经过预热的材料进行加热和钎焊的加热室,以及对在加热室内经过加热的材料进行冷却的分段冷却室。该系统还包括运送上述待加热材料、使其通过上述预热室、加热室和分段冷却室的传送带。该系统的上述所有室都充满了气氛气体。本发明涉及这种气氛炉系统,其特征在于在预热室和分段冷却室内具有柔性密封材料以防止气氛气体流出。该系统还具有以适当的间隔遍布在传输带上的适当数量的结构件,待加热材料恰当地放置在这些结构件上,以便在传送带移动时,上述结构件能够与上述柔性密封材料摩擦接触。
在本发明中,密封室的长度可以减为大约一半,这是因为气氛气体(氮气)消耗量变为传统系统的一半(例如由30m3/小时变为15m3/小时)。而且由于不再需要工具,因此安装用于待加热材料的工具这项工作也不再是必要的。
而且也不必对笨重的工具进行加热,这就节省了能源,并且可以避免由传统的金属帘幕导致的刮擦待加热材料。

具体实施方式
图1是连续钎焊气氛炉系统的说明性侧视图,图2是从出料侧看到的预热室(同样也可以是分段冷却室)的前视图。
在图1中,1表示待加热的材料,如铝热交换器,将要与所述铝热交换器钎焊到一起的零件上涂覆着焊剂,该焊剂由熔点为540℃的氟化合物和熔点为585℃的焊料组成。9表示运送待加热材料的传送带,它由例如钢或石墨制成。
如图1所示,连续气氛炉系统8在待加热材料1的运送方向(图1中箭头11所示)上依次包括旋转单元2、预热室(密封室)3、加热室4、水冷室5、分段冷却室(密封室)6和带传动装置7。预热室3、加热室4、水冷室5和分段冷却室6中都充满了氮气、气氛气体,传送带9穿过这些室。
传送带9通过旋转单元2和带传动装置7而循环,运送待加热材料从预热室3通过分段冷却室6。
在传送带9上,沿着垂直于带移动的方向11以预先设定好的间隔直立固定着多个方形结构件12,这些方形结构件优选由与传送带相同的材料制成(如钢或石墨)。这些结构件12要高于和宽于待加热的材料1,并且对应于待加热材料的尺寸以预先设定好的间隔10直立固定在整个传送带上。
在预热室3的圆柱型开孔(管道型空间)13和分段冷却室6的圆柱型开孔(管道型空间)13中,薄的柔性金属密封材料14a从预热室3和分段冷却室6的顶板上垂下。同时,由与密封材料14a相同的材料制成的柔性密封材料14b被安装在预热室3和分段冷却室6的侧壁上,其朝向预热室3和分段冷却室6的圆柱型开孔13。这些密封材料14a和14b安装后,由于其能够与直立在传送带9上并与传送带9一起移动的结构件12实现摩擦接触,从而使炉内的气氛气体向外部的泄漏最小化。
这些柔性密封材料14a和14b分别安装在预热室3和分段冷却室6的顶板和侧壁上,朝向这两个室的圆柱型开孔的中心。它们以预先设定好的间隔沿着较长长度方向(传送带9的移动方向)安装在相同的位置上,遍布这两个室。或者,位于室的顶板上的柔性密封材料14a和位于室的侧壁上的柔性密封材料14b可以以预定的间隔交替安装。
不必借助任何工具就可以将待加热材料放置到直立在带9上的两个结构件12之间的位置10上,并且被运送到连续气氛炉8内。两个结构件12之间的长度10明显比待加热材料1的长度长,并且结构件12要高于待加热材料1。因此可以避免这些材料在系统中移动时,由于待加热材料1和柔性密封材料14a、14b之间接触而导致的刮擦。
通过传送带9上的结构件12和柔性密封材料14a、14b之间的摩擦接触可以保持连续气氛炉8的炉内气氛。因此,尽管预热室3和分段冷却室6的长度大约为原来的一半,并且气体消耗量也由30m3/小时减少为15m3/小时,但依然能够获得与传统钎焊设备相同的良好的钎焊效果。
尽管在上述实施方案中传送带9上的结构件12高于待加热材料1,但是当结构件12和待加热材料1之间的空间足够合适时,结构件12也可以低于待加热材料1。
本发明不但可应用于连续气氛炉系统,而且还可应用于间歇式炉系统。
上述实施例中的待加热材料1、传送带9、结构件12和柔性密封材料14仅仅是用于实现本发明的合适的实施例,本发明不限于这些实施例。

Claims (3)

1.一种钎焊炉系统,该钎焊炉系统具有对待加热材料进行预热的预热室、对经过预热的待加热材料进行加热和钎焊的加热室、对将要逐渐冷却的已加热材料进行冷却的分段冷却室以及用来承载待加热材料使其通过预热室、加热室和分段冷却室的传送带,而且每个室内都充满了气氛气体,其特征在于,柔性密封材料被安装到所述预热室和所述分段冷却室中以防止气氛气体的泄漏,并且多个结构件以预先设定的间隔安装在所述传送带上用于放置所述待加热材料,从而每个结构件与柔性密封材料发生摩擦接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的钎焊炉系统,其特征在于,所述结构件为板,该板高于并宽于待加热材料,所述结构件由钢或石墨制成,大量的这些结构件在垂直于所述传送带移动的方向上以预先设定好的间隔直立在所述传送带上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的钎焊炉系统,其特征在于,所述位于预热室和分段冷却室的顶板和左右侧壁上的柔性密封材料安装在较长的长度方向上的相同位置上,或者在相互交替的位置上,安装在所述室的中心。
