Description
胴筒部の一部を、ベース樹脂材料で成形された本体層と、ベース樹脂材料とは異なる色の色装飾樹脂材料で成形された色装飾層との積層構造とすること、
この色装飾層により色装飾部を現出させること、
胴筒部に位置する色装飾層の端部である、徐々に肉厚を薄くする肉薄端部によりグラデーション部を現出させること、
肉薄端部を、ベース樹脂材料と色装飾樹脂材料とを一体的に射出した際に、金型内におけるベース樹脂材料の流動による色装飾樹脂材料の層の厚みの漸減現象により成形されるものとしたこと、
2軸延伸ブロー成形された合成樹脂製のボトルであること、
にある。
底部中央にゲート跡を有する有底円筒状に射出成形され、ボトルに2軸延伸ブロー成形されるプリフォームであること、
このプリフォームの略全体を形成する、ベース樹脂材料で成形された本体層と、この本体層に積層して、少なくともプリフォームの胴部の一部を形成する、ベース樹脂材料とは異なる色の色装飾樹脂材料で成形された色装飾層とから構成されること、
色装飾層の胴部に位置する端部を、ベース樹脂材料の流れ動作により、徐々に肉厚を薄くする肉薄端部としたこと、
この肉薄端部を、ベース樹脂材料と色装飾樹脂材料とを一体的に射出した際に、金型内におけるベース樹脂材料の流動による色装飾樹脂材料の層の厚みの漸減現象により成形されるものとしたこと、
にある。
請求項1記載の発明にあっては、2軸延伸ブロー成形ボトルにおいて、色の濃淡変化によるグラデーション模様を明確に現出することができ、これによりグラデーション模様による高い装飾効果を得ることができる。

Claims (5)
- 胴筒部(10)の一部を、ベース樹脂材料で成形された本体層(6)と、前記ベース樹脂材料とは異なる色の色装飾樹脂材料で成形された色装飾層(7)との積層構造として、該色装飾層(7)により色装飾部(11)を現出させ、前記胴筒部(10)に位置する色装飾層(7)の端部である、徐々に肉厚を薄くする肉薄端部(8)によりグラデーション部(12)を現出させ、前記肉薄端部(8)を、ベース樹脂材料と色装飾樹脂材料とを一体的に射出した際に、金型内におけるベース樹脂材料の流動による色装飾樹脂材料の層の厚みの漸減現象により成形されるものとした2軸延伸ブロー成形された合成樹脂製のグラデーション模様付きボトル。
- 本体層(6)の成形材料であるベース樹脂材料および、色装飾層(7)の成形材料である色装飾樹脂材料を透明とした請求項1記載のグラデーション模様付きボトル。
- 底部(3)中央にゲート跡を有する有底円筒形状に射出成形され、ボトル(9)に2軸延伸ブロー成形されるプリフォーム(1)であって、該プリフォーム(1)の略全体を形成する、ベース樹脂材料で成形された本体層(6)と、該本体層(6)に積層して、少なくとも前記プリフォーム(1)の胴部(2)の一部を形成する、前記ベース樹脂材料とは異なる色の色装飾樹脂材料で成形された色装飾層(7)とから成り、前記色装飾層(7)の胴部(2)に位置する端部を、前記ベース樹脂材料の流れ動作により、徐々に肉厚を薄くする肉薄端部(8)とし、該肉薄端部(8)を、ベース樹脂材料と色装飾樹脂材料とを一体的に射出した際に、金型内におけるベース樹脂材料の流動による色装飾樹脂材料の層の厚みの漸減現象により成形されるものとした、グラデーション模様付きボトルに2軸延伸ブロー成形されるプリフォーム。
- 色装飾層(7)を本体層(6)の中に位置させた請求項3記載のプリフォーム。
- 本体層(6)の内側と外側に色装飾層(7)を位置させた請求項3記載のプリフォーム。
