Description
吹込成形する方法に関するものである。
ねじ山などを有するプリフォームを射出成形し、そのプ
リフォームを吹込金型に移して容器に吹込成形している
。また吹込成形は、首部を保持して行っており、したが
って成形された容器の首部は射出成形されたプリフォー
ムの首部と全く変わるところがなく、高度の成形精度を
保っている。
様々であり、吹込成形では吹込金型の設計によって、自
由に設定し得るが、首部に関しては、確実な密封性なる
機能上の観点から、射出成形による成形精度が損なわれ
てはならず、このためその殆どが射出成形された時の状
態にある。

形し、それらの外側にねじ山を形成する必要がある容器
もある。
部下部を、胴部とともに首部」一部よりも大径に吹込成
形することは、外側のねじ山も壁部の延伸により影響を
受け、その形状が変化してねじ山の成形精度が損なわれ
ることから採用され難く、これまでは射出成形により大
径に成形する以外に方法がなかった。

が増すので、外径の大きさに制限を受け、また首部の冷
却にも時間を要し、この冷却が吹込成形を受ける胴部以
下に影響を及ぼすことから、通常の場合よりも吹込成形
を困難となすこと等にある。

Claims (2)
- (1)首部上部より大径で上側が首部に接続した所要高
さの外壁部を、プリフォームとともに首部下部の周囲に
射出成形し、その外壁部と首部上部とを除くプリフォー
ム全体を中空に吹込成形して、首部下部が射出成形によ
る外壁部と延伸された内壁部とからなる容器に成形して
なることを特徴とする合成樹脂容器の射出吹込成形方法
。 - (2)外壁部は外側にねじ山が形成されていることを特
徴とする請求項1記載の合成樹脂容器の射出吹込成形方
法。
