Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造具有平坦台肩部分的圆筒状窄口容器的注射拉伸吹塑方法以及所制造的用于化妆品、医疗器械等的容器。
背景技术
根据传统拉伸吹塑成型的容器,所形成的预成型坯的口部的底部比作为膨胀部分(台阶部分)的主体厚,并且该膨胀部分形成作为盖子的止动件的支承件(参考专利1:日本专利公开第2003-011212号)。
此外,另一传统技术披露了一用于制造小的平坦容器的预成型坯,所述预成型坯具有一厚度局部减小的厚壁主体部分,并在颈部和主体之间留出台阶部分(参考专利2:日本专利公开第2003-011211)。
在用于化妆品(例如发乳、洗涤剂、染睫毛油)或医疗器械的其颈部的底部具有平坦台肩部分的圆筒状窄口容器中,由于容器变得较小,从而使得径向拉伸率变得较小,并且已知通过拉伸和膨胀树脂成型这种平坦台肩部分是很困难的。
如果通过使台阶部分外径与容器主体外径相等而应用现有技术所披露的台阶部分来解决上述问题,则在平坦台肩部分的下方会出现熔接导致的接缝,并且该接缝作为成型中的缺陷将成为需要处理的一个新问题。
如图7所示,通过闭合注射型腔模31和颈部模33、穿过颈部模33将注射型芯34插入到型腔32内以及从位于底部的喷嘴36向型腔32内注射树脂来制成传统的预成型坯。该型腔32形成预成型坯101的主体部分102和底部105,并且颈部模33形成带有外螺纹的颈部103。
如图所示,介于颈部103和主体部分102之间的台阶部分104形成在颈部模33表面上,并带有比主体部分102厚度薄的颈部103。因此,在主体部分102从型腔32中取出后,靠近厚壁主体部分102的台阶部分104的下部通过主体部分102的热量被软化,但是除了该下部之外的台阶部分的大部分均由颈部模33冷却,且与颈部103一起固化而不经拉伸。
在主体部分102包含足够热量以被拉伸吹塑成型期间,如图5A所示,带有台阶部分104的预成型坯101从型腔32中取出并保持注射成型条件以及同时使颈部模33继续保持颈部103,然后立即转移到如图8所示的用于形成容器的吹塑型腔模41中,并在颈部103依然由颈部模33保持的情况下插入到型腔42中,并且一带有拉伸杆43的吹塑型芯42从颈部模33插入至颈部103。之后,将主体102部分和台阶部分104的下部拉伸并且膨胀至台阶部分104的边缘处,并且如图5B所示将预成型坯101拉伸吹塑成型为圆筒状窄口容器201。
在圆筒状窄口容器201上,预成型坯101的颈部103形成为颈部203,台阶部分104形成为平坦台肩部分204,以及从台肩部分204到底部205形成薄壁的主体部分202,但是台阶部分104已经在拉伸吹塑期间固化,因此只有由主体部分102加热的台阶部分104的下部能够被拉伸,并且当其向型腔表面膨胀时下部的树脂流向台阶部分104的下表面。
因此,由于没有熔化发生,台阶部分104和拉伸部分不会整合为一体,从而将留下一焊缝,该接缝将最后形成接缝206,并如图6所示的环状物那样出现在台肩部分204的下部。接缝206有变深的趋势,同时台肩部分204包括未经拉伸从而缺乏抵抗冲击的强度的树脂,因此,台肩部分204的边缘有时会由于摔落或撞击到其他容器所导致的冲击而破裂。

本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制造圆筒状窄口容器的新型拉伸吹塑方法以及由该方法成型的容器,它通过一台阶部分形成一平坦台肩部分且在该台肩部分的下部不会出现接缝,并通过在带有主体的注射型腔内模塑成型该台阶部分而实现。本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种用于制造圆筒状窄口容器的新型拉伸吹塑方法以及由该方法成型的容器,其中台肩部分易于成型且难于破裂。
本发明涉及一种用于形成圆筒状窄口容器的注射拉伸吹塑方法,它包括下列步骤:注射成型一预成型坯,该预成型坯具有与一颈部一体成型的主体部分,其中从颈部模和注射型腔模之间所形成的一闭合面开始,所述主体部分具有比颈部较厚的壁和较大的外径,所述预成型坯还具有一台阶部分,其中该台阶部分的上表面通过位于颈部和主体部分之间的所述闭合面形成,并且该台阶部分具有比容器的主体部分小的外径;在一吹塑型腔模内将该预成型坯拉伸吹塑成型为所述容器,其中从所述台阶部分的上表面周围开始形成薄壁的容器主体部分,且该台阶部分和在该台阶部分的上表面周围的一膨胀部分形成该容器的一平坦台肩部分。
此外,所述台阶部分的外径小于一盖子的开口端的外径。
此外,本发明还涉及一种通过上述拉伸吹塑方法成型的圆筒状窄口容器。

具体实施方式
图1至图4示出了根据本发明的拉伸吹塑方法的实施例。
根据本发明,如图3所示,注射型腔模31和颈部模33被闭合,通过颈部模33将一注射型芯34插入到型腔32内,从位于型腔32底部的喷嘴36向型腔32内注射熔融树脂(例如PET)并充满,型腔32形成一预成型坯11的圆筒状主体部分12和底部15,颈部模33形成一带有外螺纹的颈部13,并且从颈部模33和注射型腔模31的闭合面开始,与颈部13相比,主体部分12具有较大的外径和较厚的壁。
形成在主体部分12和颈部13之间的台阶部分14具有比预成型坯的主体部分12略大并且比圆筒状窄口容器21的主体部分22略小的外径,该台阶部分14具有一由颈部模33的闭合面形成的平坦上表面以及一从所述上表面向着主体部分12呈锥型或逐渐变细的外表面。
根据如图1A、图1B所示的预成型坯11,形成于主体部分12和颈部13之间的台阶部分14上唯一由颈部模33所形成的部分为上表面,其他表面均与主体部分12一起由注射型腔模31形成。因此,通过颈部模33在台阶部分14上产生的冷却和固化仅仅发生在与闭合面直接接触的上表面上,且台阶部分保持与主体部分一样多的热量并处于其软化状态。
如图4所示,在使颈部13由颈部模33保持的同时将预成型坯11转移并放入一具有比吹塑型腔模41的台阶部分14的直径大的直径的型腔42中以用于成型容器之后,型腔42也出现在台阶部分14的周围。
然后,穿过颈部模33将带有一拉伸杆43的吹塑型芯插入到颈部13中。当拉伸吹塑成型预成型坯11时,台阶部分14和主体部分12在型腔42中被拉伸和膨胀,台阶部分14的树脂膨胀到颈部模33的闭合面处,该膨胀部分和台阶部分通过闭合面形成为扁平状,并且形成如图1B所示的具有平坦台肩部分24的圆筒状窄口容器。
在圆筒状窄口容器21上,预成型坯的颈部13形成为颈部23,台阶部分14变为通过拉伸和膨胀的树脂所形成的平坦台肩部分24,并且形成一从台肩部分24到底部25的薄壁主体部分22。在被冷却和固化的台阶部分14的上表面14a和膨胀部分14b之间的温差下产生的焊缝不会出现在外周表面上,因为该台肩部分的外周表面由膨胀部分14b形成,并且一环状接缝26仅仅出现在台肩部分24的上表面上。此外,所述接缝仅出现在该表面上而不会变深,因此该台肩部分能够抵挡摔落产生的冲击。
此外,台肩部分24的上表面上的接缝26能够通过使台阶部分14的外径比一盖子27的开口端的外径小从而隐藏在该盖子27下。因此,它不会是产品的一个缺陷,并且所述容器可看作是具有良好主体部分的圆筒状窄口容器。因此,即使是具有由颈部底部形成的平坦台肩部分和较小径向拉伸率的圆筒状窄口容器,也能够在注射成型工艺后立即通过拉伸吹塑成型一注射模制预成型坯的方法很容易地制成。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于形成圆筒状窄口容器的注射拉伸吹塑方法,它包括以下步骤:
注射成型一预成型坯,该预成型坯具有与一颈部一体成型的主体部分,从一颈部模和一注射型腔模之间的闭合面开始,与所述颈部相比,所述主体部分具有较厚的壁和较大的外径,所述预成型坯还具有一台阶部分,其中该台阶部分的上表面通过位于所述颈部和主体部分之间的所述闭合面形成,并且该台阶部分具有比所述容器的主体部分小的外径;
在一吹塑型腔模内将该预成型坯拉伸吹塑成型为所述容器,其中从所述台阶部分的上表面周围开始形成薄壁的容器主体部分,且该台阶部分和在该台阶部分的上表面周围的一膨胀部分形成该容器的一平坦台肩部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射拉伸吹塑方法,其特征在于,所述台阶部分的外径小于一盖子的开口端的外径。
3.一种采用如权利要求1或2所述的方法制成的圆筒状窄口容器。
