・2つの付加的なポンプ通路P1及びP2による作動油の油圧消費部へのパラレル供給

・需要対応制御の特徴とロードセンシング制御の特徴からの組み合わせと、負荷保持弁、差圧弁、減圧弁、及び圧力調整装置を使用することによる作動油の柔軟性の向上
・制御棒のストロークを制限することによってオプションブロックにより供給を受ける消費部のための容積流を制限できる、オプションブロックによる主制御ブロックの拡大性
・必要時に、第2のポンプによってポンプ通路P2を介して提供される、選択的な消費部によって必要とされない作動油の容積流の割合をポンプ通路P02を介してシステム全体に提供するためのオーバーフロー弁の使用
・必要時に、ポンプ通路P1及びP2を流れる作動油の容積流の結合を保証するためのプラス弁の使用
・付加的な弁又は配管を省くためにハンマ弁を主制御ブロックの下に配設する、作動油の無圧のフィードバックするための制御可能なハンマ弁の使用

Claims (11)
- 内部にスプール弁(19)が配設された複数のセクション(3)を構成する1つの主制御ブロック(2)と、1つの油圧タンク(4)と、第1のポンプ(5.1)及び第2のポンプ(5.2)によって圧力を作用可能に形成された、それぞれのスプール弁(19)を介して作動油を各油圧消費部(18)にシリアルに供給するための2つのポンプ通路P01(17.1)及びP02(17.2)とを少なくとも備える、掘削機の油圧消費部(18)を制御するための建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)において、
ポンプ通路P01(17.1)及びP02(17.2)に対して平行に、スプール弁(19)を通過しない2つの別のポンプ通路P1(17.3)及びP2(17.4)が設けられており、ポンプ通路P01(17.1)及びP02(17.2)からの作動油の供給に加えて、スプール弁(19)を介した別のポンプ通路P1(17.3)及びP2(17.4)からの作動油の油圧消費部(18)へのパラレル供給が可能であることを特徴とする建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。 - ポンプ通路P01(17.1)及びP1(17.3)が第1のポンプ(5.1)によって、ポンプ通路P02(17.2)及びP2(17.4)が第2のポンプ(5.2)によって圧力を作用可能に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- 各セクション(3)が、第1のブリッジ通路(6.1)と第2のブリッジ通路(6.2)を備え、第1のブリッジ通路(6.1)がポンプ通路P01(17.1)及びP02(17.2)をそれぞれのスプール弁(19)と接続し、第2のブリッジ通路(6.2)が付加的なポンプ通路P1(17.3)及びP2(17.4)をそれぞれのスプール弁(19)と接続することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- 第1のブリッジ通路(6.1)と第2のブリッジ通路(6.2)とが互いに油圧連結され、環状ブリッジ(6)を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- 主制御ブロック(2)が、この主制御ブロックの縦に延在する方向に、油圧制御システム(1)の機能を拡大するためのオプションブロック(11)によって拡大可能に形成されており、このオプションブロック(11)が、既存のポンプ通路P01(17.1)及びP02(17.2)と付加的なポンプ通路P1(17.3)及びP2(17.4)と油圧連結されるように形成されていること、オプションブロック(11)が、主制御ブロック(2)と同様の通路構造を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- 主制御ブロック(2)及び/又はそれぞれのオプションブロック(11)内に、ポンプ通路P2(17.4)をポンプ通路P02(17.2)と接続する自動的なオーバーフロー弁(13)が設けられており、第2のポンプ(5.2)によってポンプ通路P2(17.4)を介して提供される油圧消費部(18)によって必要とされない作動油の容積流がポンプ通路P02(17.2)に達することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- 主制御ブロック(2)が、少なくとも1つの端面に遮蔽要素(14)を備え、この遮蔽要素内で、ポンプ通路P02(17.2)とポンプ通路P2(17.4)とが互いに油圧連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- 遮蔽要素(14)が、制御可能なプラス弁(15)を備え、このプラス弁が、ポンプ通路P1(17.3)及びP2(17.4)と接続されており、必要時にポンプ通路P1(17.3)及びP2(17.4)内を流れる作動油の容積流を個々の油圧消費部(18)に供給することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- 主制御ブロック(2)が、メインステージとパイロットステージ(12.2)と制御圧検知オリフィス(12.1)とを有する制御可能なハンマ弁(12)を備え、制御圧検知オリフィス(12.1)によって、パイロットステージ(12.2)のためのシステム内の制御圧の検知が可能であり、制御圧によってメインステージが開放もしくは閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- セクション(3)が、第2のブリッジ通路(6.2)の領域に一方向絞り弁(7)と盲プラグ(8)とを備え、一方向絞り弁(7)が、スプール弁(19)にポンプ通路P1(17.3)により提供された容積流によって作動油を供給し、盲プラグ(8)が、ポンプ通路P2(17.4)とスプール弁(19)間の接続部を油圧的に閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
- オプションブロック(11)が、ポンプ通路P2(17.4)と第2のブリッジ通路(6.2)とを互いに接続する制御可能な圧力調整装置(9)を備え、この圧力調整装置(9)が、付加的な油圧消費部(18)に所望の圧力と作動油の所望の容積流とを負荷圧力に依存せずに供給することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の建設機械用油圧制御システム(1)。
