Claims (9)
- 長方形の作業領域(13)に載置された板材(14)に対し切断ヘッド(24)を直交X-Y座標系のX軸とY軸の方向に移動させるヘッド移動装置(16、18、20、22)と、
前記ヘッド移動装置を制御するコントローラ(40)と
を備え、
前記X軸が、前記作業領域の長辺方向に沿った軸であり、
前記Y軸が、前記作業領域の短辺方向に沿った軸であり、
前記コントローラ(40)が、前記板材の切断を行わずに前記切断ヘッドを前記X軸の方向及び前記Y軸の方向に移動させるときは、Y軸方向の移動速度がX軸方向の移動速度よりも高速になるように、前記ヘッド移動装置を制御する切断機。 - 前記ヘッド移動装置の前記Y軸方向へ移動する部分の重量が前記X軸方向へ移動する部分の重量より軽量である請求項1記載の切断機。
- 前記コントローラ(40)が、前記作業領域上の板材から複数の製品を逐次に切り出す場合、各製品の切断開始位置へ又は各製品の切断終了位置から、切断を行わずに前記切断ヘッドを移動させるときの移動速度を、各製品の切断を行なうときの前記切断ヘッドの移動速度よりも高速であるように制御する請求項1記載の切断機。
- 前記コントローラ(40)が、切断を行うときには、前記切断ヘッドの移動速度を前記板材の厚さ及び材質に応じて制御し、一方、切断を行わずに前記切断ヘッドを移動させるときには、前記移動速度を前記板材の厚さ及び材質に依存せずに制御する請求項1記載の切断機。
- 前記ヘッド移動装置(16、18、20、22)が、
前記X軸方向に移動するX軸移動装置(18)と、
前記X軸移動装置と共に前記X軸方向に移動するように前記X軸移動装置に取り付けられた、前記Y軸方向に伸びたY軸軌道(20)と、
前記Y軸方向に移動するように前記Y軸軌道に組み合わされた、前記切断ヘッドを搭載したY軸移動装置(22)と、
を備えた請求項1記載の切断機。 - 板材(14)を載置するための長方形の作業領域(13)を上面に有した箱状のテーブル(12)をさらに備え、
前記テーブル(12)の内部の前記作業領域(13)の下方に、前記X軸方向に配列された複数の排気室(34A-34F)と、
前記複数の排気室(34A-34F)の中から、排気される1以上の排気室を選択する排気室選択装置(96A-96F)と、
前記切断ヘッド(24)の前記X軸方向の位置を検出する手段と、
前記検出された位置に応じて、前記切断ヘッド(24)の前記X軸方向の移動に伴って前記排気される1以上の排気室が遷移するように、前記排気室選択装置(96A-96F)を制御する手段と
を更に備えた請求項1記載の切断機。 - 前記切断ヘッド(24)に対する所定の空間範囲内に存在する人を検出するための人体センサ(25)を更に有し、
前記コントローラ(40)が、前記切断ヘッドを移動させている間、前記人体センサ(25)による検出に応答して前記切断ヘッドの移動を停止するよう前記ヘッド移動装置を制御する請求項1記載の切断機。 - 長方形の作業領域(13)に載置された板材(14)に対して切断ヘッド(24)を直交X-Y座標系のX軸とY軸の方向に移動させる方法において、
前記板材の切断を行わずに前記切断ヘッドを前記X軸の方向に移動させるステップと、
前記板材の切断を行わずに前記切断ヘッドを前記Y軸の方向に移動させるステップと、
前記板材の切断を行わずに前記切断ヘッドを移動させるとき、前記Y軸方向の移動速度を前記X軸方向の移動速度よりも高速になるように制御するステップと
を有し、
前記X軸が、前記作業領域の長辺方向に沿った軸であり、
前記Y軸が、前記作業領域の短辺方向に沿った軸である、
切断ヘッドの移動方法。 - 前記板材の切断を行ないながら前記切断ヘッドを前記X軸の方向に移動させるステップと、
前記板材の切断を行ないながら前記切断ヘッドを前記Y軸の方向に移動させるステップと、
前記切断を行わずに前記切断ヘッドを移動させるときの移動速度を、前記切断を行ないながら前記切断ヘッドを移動させるときの前記切断ヘッドの移動速度よりも高速であるように制御するステップと
を更に有した請求項9記載の切断ヘッドの移動方法。
