Claims (2)
- 板材(14)を載置するためのテーブル(12)と、
前記テーブル上に載置された板材を切断するための切断ヘッド(24)と、
X軸方向及び前記X軸方向と直交するY軸方向に前記切断ヘッドを移動させるヘッド移動装置(16、18、20、22)と、
前記テーブル(12)内部を仕切って並設された複数の排気室(34A−34F)と、
各排気室の一端側に設けられた送風口(126A−126F)と、
前記各排気室の他端側に設けられた排気口(136A−136F)と、
前記切断ヘッドの前記X軸方向の移動に伴って前記テーブルの外側を前記X軸方向に移動しながら、少なくとも一つの排気室にその排気室の前記送風口から風を送る、移動方向に並べられた複数のファン(151A−151F)と
を備え、
前記複数のファンは、相互間に一つのファンの幅よりも狭い間隔をおいて並んでおり、且つ、下記(x)及び(y)を満たすように、前記切断ヘッドが一つの排気室の中央に位置した場合に二つのファンのみが当該一つの排気室の送風口に対面するような間隔で並べられている、
(x)前記切断ヘッドの前記X軸方向における切断位置がどの排気室の真上に位置しても、常に、前記切断位置の真下の排気室へ二又は三つのファンにより同時に風を送る、
(y)前記切断位置がどの排気室間の仕切りの真上に位置しても、常に、前記切断位置の真下の仕切りの両隣の排気室のうちの少なくとも一方の排気室へ二又は三つのファンにより同時に風を送る、
切断機。 - 前記各排気室の各送風口の幅は、実質的に、各排気室の幅全体にわたっており、前記二又は三つのファンにより前記少なくとも一つの排気室の幅全体にわたり風を送るようになっている、
請求項1記載の切断機。
