Description
固定子と、この固定子の内周側に隙間を介して回転可能に支持された回転子とからなり、前記回転子は、界磁巻線によって励磁されるN極S極一対の爪磁極を軸方向に複数個連ねたタンデム構成の爪磁極回転子からなり、前記固定子は、前記タンデム構成の爪磁極回転子の個数に対応して固定子鉄心を軸方向にNs個に分割した分割型固定子からなり、前記複数の固定子鉄心を、それぞれ、周方向に360度/(極数×相数×Ns)の角度だけずらすとともに、連続した固定子巻線が、分割された固定子鉄心のスロット内に配置されることにある。
最初に、図1を用いて、本実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の全体構成について説明する。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の構成を示すシステム構成図である。
図2は、界磁巻線型同期電動機と永久磁石式同期電動機の出力特性図である。図2において、横軸は回転数(rpm)を示し、縦軸はトルク(Nm)を示している。
図3は、大容量バッテリーを搭載しない交流電動機を用いた本実施形態における電動4輪駆動車のエネルギーフロー図である。
最初に、図4を用いて、本実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置のシステム構成について説明する。
図4は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置の構成を示すシステム構成図である。なお、図1と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。
図5は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置の構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図4と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。図6は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置の発電機制御部の動作を示すフローチャートである。
図5に示すように、モータ制御部220は、電流指令演算部222と、電圧指令演算部224と、3相電圧指令演算部226と、DC電圧Vdc1演算部228と、コンデンサ電圧指令値Vdc*演算部232と、PWM/矩形波信号処理部234とを備えている。
図7は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置のモータ制御部の動作を示すフローチャートである。
V=(√(Vd*2+Vq*2))/√3 …(1)
さらに、DC電圧Vdc1演算部228は、電動機の相電圧Vから、DC電圧指令値Vdc1を、PWM制御の場合には、以下の式(2)に基づいて、また、矩形波制御の場合には、以下の式(3)に基づいて算出する。
Vdc1=(2√2)・V …(2)
Vdc1=((2√2)・V)/1.27 …(3)
次に、ステップs110において、コンデンサ電圧指令値Vdc*演算部232は、発電機の特性を用いて、エンジンの回転数ωgにおいて、発電機の出力電圧がVdc1となる動作点を抽出する。エンジン10と発電機14の間には減速機構が備えられており、減速比を例えば2.5とすると、エンジン回転数ωg=600rpmは、発電機回転数ωg’=1500rpmに相当する。
図8は、発電機の発電特性を示す特性図である。
図9は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置による制御動作を示すタイミングチャートである。図9(A)はエンジン回転数ωgを示し、図9(B)はモータ回転数ωmを示している。図9(C)はモータトルクTmを示し、図9(D)は必要とするコンデンサ電圧Vdcを示している。なお、横軸は時間(sec)である。
図10は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置の第2の構成を示すシステム構成図である。なお、図1,図4と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。
図11は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御装置の第3の構成を示すシステム構成図である。なお、図1,図4と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。
図12は、本発明の第2の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の構成を示すシステム構成図である。図13は、本発明の第2の実施形態による電動4輪駆動車の制御内容を示すフローチャートである。図12において、図1と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。
図14は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる界磁巻線型同期電動機の全体構成を示す断面図である。
図15は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における固定子巻線のスロット内配置の断面展開図である。図16は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における固定子巻線のスロット内挿入状態を示す斜視図である。
図17は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における固定子巻線の1相の巻線配置を示す展開図である。なお、図において、実線は上側コイルを示し、破線は下側コイルを示している。
図17は、前述したスロット内導体配列を36スロットに展開した場合の1相の巻線配置を示している。これより、導体160と導体161とが構成する第1の巻線と第2の巻線は、それぞれが直列に接続された後に、前記したようにが並列に接続されてU相端子と中性点162が形成される。
図18は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における固定子巻線の3相巻線の接続状態を示す展開図である。
図18は、図17で説明したU相の接続状態に、V相、W相巻線を加えた導体の接続状態について表している。U相と同様にV相の巻き終わり導体163n、164nは中性点162に接続され、V相の巻き始め導体163m、164mは並列に接続し、V相巻線を構成する。W相の巻き終わり導体165n、166nは中性点162に接続され、W相の巻き始め導体165m、166mは並列に接続し、W相巻線を構成する。
図19は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における回転子の構成を示す平面図である。なお、図14と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。
図20は、図19に示したタンデム回転子における誘起電圧波形図である。
図21は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における固定子巻線の3相巻線の接続状態を示す展開図である。
図22は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における低振動性の説明図である。図23は、本発明の電動4輪駆動車に用いる第1の界磁巻線型同期電動機における低脈動性の説明図である。
図22において、図22(A)は本実施形態におけるトルクリプルを示し、図22(B)は従来方式によるトルクリプルを示している。

Claims (4)
- 電動4輪駆動車の後輪を駆動する同期電動機であって、
固定子と、この固定子の内周側に隙間を介して回転可能に支持された回転子とからなり、
前記回転子は、界磁巻線によって励磁されるN極S極一対の爪磁極を軸方向に複数個連ねたタンデム構成の爪磁極回転子からなり、
前記固定子は、前記タンデム構成の爪磁極回転子の個数に対応して固定子鉄心を軸方向にNs個に分割した分割型固定子からなり、
前記複数の固定子鉄心を、それぞれ、周方向に360度/(極数×相数×Ns)の角度だけずらすとともに、
連続した固定子巻線が、分割された固定子鉄心のスロット内に配置されることを特徴とした同期電動機。 - 請求項1記載の同期電動機において、
前記固定子の巻線は二層巻きとし、かつ前記固定子鉄心の同一スロット内の周方向導体数を2タンデム爪磁極の場合は2とし、3タンデム爪磁極の場合は3とたことを特徴とした同期電動機。 - 請求項1記載の同期電動機において、
前記複数対の爪磁極の極性は、両者の爪磁極が接する側を同極にしたことを特徴とする同期電動機。 - 請求項1記載の同期電動機において、
前記タンデムの爪磁極回転子は、それぞれの爪磁極間に挿入された永久磁石を備え、
前記永久磁石の極性は、界磁巻線の励磁により爪磁極の極性が決定される面の極性と同極となる極性に着磁されていることを特徴とする同期電動機。
