Description
Claims (8)
- 電動機(18)であって、
‐永久磁石により励磁されるインナロータ(2)及びステータ(38)を有しており、
‐複数の磁石(3)がインナロータ(2)周面の線上に、インナロータ(2)の中心を取り囲んで磁気的に無効の領域(10)が形成されるように配置されており、
‐インナロータ(2)を通る空気流経路(41)を形成するために、前記のインナロータ(2)の磁気的に無効の領域(10)に、ほぼ軸方向(6)で延びる少なくとも1つの開口(11)が設けられており、
‐前記のインナロータ(2)の開口(11)を通る空気流を形成するために、インナロータ(2)と連動するファン(15,56,58,59)が設けられており、
‐少なくとも1つの空気流入開口(32)を備えた機械背面ケーシング部材(19)が設けられており、前記空気流入開口(32)がインナロータ(2)の開口(11)に対して、空気流が開口(11)に向かって電子機器コンポーネント(20)に沿って案内されるように配置されていることを特徴とする、電動機。 - インナロータ(2)がほぼ中空円筒形を有するように、前記の少なくとも1つの開口(11)が形成されており、ロータ軸(13)のための中央固定部材(12)が設けられており、該中央固定部材が、前記開口(11)内にスポーク状に配置されたストラット(14)によりインナロータ(2)と結合されている、請求項1記載の電動機。
- ファン(15)とインナロータ(2)とが直接に互いに結合されているか、又は1つの構成ユニットを形成している、請求項1又は2記載の電動機。
- ファン(15)が、インナロータ(2)のプラスチック外装射出成形部の構成部材である、請求項3記載の電動機。
- ステータ(38)の巻線に沿って案内する第2の空気流経路(37)が設けられている、請求項4記載の電動機。
- ファンが、ラジアル・アキシャルファン(15,56)として形成されているか、又はラジアルファン(58)として形成されているか、又はアキシャルファン(59)として形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の電動機。
- 電子機器コンポーネント(20)が、カプセル化されており且つ該電子機器コンポーネント(20)により生ぜしめられた損失熱が機械背面ケーシング部材(19)に直接に供給されるように、該機械背面ケーシング部材(19)と結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電動機。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の電動機(18)と、該電動機により駆動されるファン、特に自動車用の冷却器ファンとを備えたファンユニット。
