máquina síncrina de relutância que usa barreiras de fluxo do rotor como canais de resfriamento. trata-se de uma máquina síncrona de relutância (synrm) que compreende um rotor dotado de uma pluralidade de discos do rotor 110 com barreiras de fluxo longitudinais 130. quando os discos do rotor 110 são empilhados juntos para formar um núcleo de rotor 100, as barreiras de fluxo 130 definem os canais 140 que se estendem em uma direção axial do núcleo de rotor 100. o ar é forçado para fluir através desses canais 140 a fim de melhorar uma distribuição de temperatura na máquina.
