Description
樹脂モノマー体とを架橋させてなり、かつ、該樹脂組成物の高分子骨格の少なくとも一部に一般式〔2〕で表される骨格を有する導電性樹脂組成物であって、
アクリル樹脂、メタクリル樹脂、ABS樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、含塩素ビニル樹脂からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂中に、ジアリルジメチルアンモニウム塩として、0.1〜20質量%となるように含有されたものであることを特徴とする導電性樹脂組成物である。
<導電性付与剤の熱分解開始温度測定>
本発明の導電性付与剤として、一般式〔1〕中、アニオン成分がTFSIで表されるDADMA−TFSI及びアニオン成分がPF6で表されるDADMA−PF6の2種類を用意した。また、比較例の導電性付与剤として、カチオンにアリル基を有さないラウリルトリメチルアンモニウムクロライド(以下、「LTA−Cl」と略記する。)及びアニオン成分がClで表されるDADMA−Clの2種類を用意した。
樹脂モノマーであるメタクリル酸メチルに、本発明の導電性付与剤(DADMA−TFSI、DADMA−PF6)が0.1〜20質量%の含有量となるように混ぜ合わせて重合し、厚さ0.5mmの導電性樹脂シートを作製した。
樹脂に混合した際の様子を目視で観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
(評価基準)
○:樹脂と導電性付与剤の分離が無く、均一な成形物である。
△:樹脂と導電性付与剤の分離が幾らかあり、全体として均一な成形物である。
×:樹脂と導電性付与剤が分離しており、不均一な成形物である。
導電性樹脂シートを、温度20℃、湿度35%または温度20℃、湿度65%の各環境下に24時間放置した後、電圧500V印加し、一分後の表面比抵抗(Ω)を表面比抵抗値測定装置(三菱化学(株)製高抵抗率計 Hiresta−UP(MCP−HT450))を用いて測定し、下記の基準で評価した。
(評価基準)
○:表面比抵抗が1×109Ω未満。
△:表面比抵抗が1×109Ω以上、1×1012Ω未満。
×:表面比抵抗が1×1012Ω以上。
導電性樹脂シートを、温度40℃、湿度80%の環境下で90日間放置した後、導電性付与剤のしみ出しを目視により観察し、ブルームが発生するか否かを調べ、下記の基準で評価した。
(評価基準)
○:導電性付与剤のしみ出しがない。
△:導電性付与剤のしみ出しが若干ある。
×:導電性付与剤のしみ出しが多い。
参考例1において、導電性付与剤としてLTA−Clを表2に示す配合量となるように添加させ、参考例1と同様にして導電性シートを作製した。
ポリエステル系樹脂(綜研化学(株)登録商標 サーモラックF−1。以下、「PES」と略記する。)に、本発明の導電性付与剤が0.1〜20質量%の含有量になるように混ぜ合わた後、得られた樹脂組成物10部をメチルエチルケトン(以下、「MEK」と略記する。)溶媒90部に溶解させて導電性樹脂塗料を調製し、該塗料を透明なポリエステルフィルム(厚み50μm)上にバーコーター(♯12)を用いて塗布、乾燥させて、導電性樹脂フィルムを得た。
参考例2において、導電性付与剤として、DADMA−Clを用いた以外は、参考例2と同様にして、比較例の導電性樹脂フィルムを作製した。
アクリル系粘着剤の例として表4に成分とその含有率を示す。この粘着剤に、本発明の導電性付与剤を0.1〜20質量%となるように混ぜ合わせて、粘着性を有する導電性樹脂組成物を得、該組成物を透明なポリエステルフィルム(厚み50μm)上にバーコーター(♯12)を用いて塗布、乾燥させて、導電性粘着樹脂層を有するフィルムを得た。
参考例3において、導電性付与剤としてDADMA−Clを用いた以外は、参考例3と同様にして、導電性粘着樹脂層を有するフィルムを得た。
Claims (2)
- 一般式〔1〕、
で示されるジアリルジメチルアンモニウム塩と、
樹脂モノマー体とを架橋させてなり、かつ、該樹脂組成物の高分子骨格の一部に一般式〔2〕、
で表される骨格を有する導電性樹脂組成物であって、
アクリル樹脂、メタクリル樹脂、ABS樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、含塩素ビニル樹脂からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂中に、ジアリルジメチルアンモニウム塩として、0.1〜20質量%となるように含有されたものであることを特徴とする導電性樹脂組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の導電性樹脂組成物からなる導電性樹脂被膜が形成されてなることを特徴とする導電性樹脂フィルム。
