Description
(2)内側または外側、またはその両方のシール部の一部にエア抜き弁構造を持つことを特徴とする前記(1)記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
(3)内側または外側、またはその両方のシール部を断面の曲げを利用した圧縮力低減機能を有するリップシール構造として成ることを特徴とする前記(1)または(2)記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
(4)連結部には、脱落防止機能を付加したことを特徴とする前記(1)記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
(5)連結部には、隣り合う連結部間に係止孔を設けて装着部品の係止部と係合させて脱落防止機能を付加したことを特徴とする前記(1)または(4)記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
(6)内側と外側のシール部が異なる材質で成型させていることを特徴とする前記(1)乃至(3)いずれか記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
内側シール部1は、圧縮変形が支配的な形状で、外側シール部2とは非対称に設定されている。内側シール部1は燃料に対するシール性を重視して反力の高い形状とし、外側シール部2は外部からの水進入防止のため、反力は小さくとも良いためリップシール形状としている。
弾性体材料を用いて吸着ガスケット本体aを成型する。弾性体材料は加硫ゴム、熱可塑性エラストマーなど使用環境において弾性を示す材料が望ましい。シールすべき媒体によって材料を選択する必要がある。例えば、媒体が燃料油の場合は、NBR,水素化NBR,フッ素ゴムなどが望ましい。媒体が水系液体の場合は、EPDMやフッ素ゴムなどが望ましい。材料は加硫ゴムの場合、あらかじめ所定の配合に沿って配合薬品を計量し、混練りを行い加硫前の生地を準備しておく。

Claims (6)
- 圧縮することで媒体の漏れを防ぐ機能を有し、且つ、圧縮方向に垂直な面に対して内側と外側の二重シール部を持ち、内側と外側シール部を複数個の連結部により連結させて、互いの位置を固定させ、前記シール部を肉薄く形成することで圧縮時に内側または外側、またはその両方のシール部から内側と外側シール部の間に閉じ込められた空気が適度に排出されることにより吸盤構造とし、
前記外側シール部は、断面く字状で外周に環状の凹部が形成され、前記連結部の外周には周辺の凹部よりも幅が広く深さの深い凹部が形成されて成ることを特徴とする二重吸着ガスケット。 - 内側または外側、またはその両方のシール部の一部にエア抜き弁構造を持つことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
- 内側または外側、またはその両方のシール部を断面の曲げを利用した圧縮力低減機能を有するリップシール構造として成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
- 連結部には、脱落防止機能を付加したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
- 連結部には、隣り合う連結部間に係止孔を設けて装着部品の係止部と係合させて脱落防止機能を付加したことを特徴とする請求項1または4記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
- 内側と外側のシール部が異なる材質で成型させていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載の二重吸着ガスケット。
