Claims (8)
- 基材基板の両側端の所定の幅を除いて,前記基材基板の長さ方向に活物質を連続コーティングして活物質層を形成するステップと,
前記基材基板の長さ方向に0゜を超えかつ90゜未満の角度で傾いたカッタを用いて前記活物質層が形成された基材基板をカッティングして単位電極板を形成するステップとを含むことを特徴とする二次電池用電極板の製造方法。 - 前記カッタは,回転カッタであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 前記基材基板をカッタを用いて単位電極板でカッティングするステップから生じるバー(burr)を除去するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 前記バー(burr)を除去するステップは,
網コンベアを介して真空で前記バー(burr)を除去するステップと,
ブラッシュを用いてバー(burr)を除去するステップとを含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の二次電池用電極板の製造方法。 - 前記カッティングされた単位電極板の両端中のいずれかの一つに超音波熔接により電極タップを取り付けるステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 前記電極タップが取り付けられた単位電極板を受納容器に受納するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 4つのコーナーの中で,対角線の方向で互いに向かう2つのコーナーは同一の角をなして、0゜を超えかつ90゜未満の角を有する鋭角をなす電極集電体と,
前記電極集電体の少なくとも一面上に所定の幅で形成される活物質層を備えることを特徴とする二次電池用電極板。 - 前記活物質層の4つのコーナーの中で,対角線の方向で互いに向かう2つのコーナーは同一の角をなして、0゜を超えかつ90゜未満の角を有する鋭角をなすことを特徴とする請求項7記載の二次電池用電極板。
