Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態が適用された車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置1の全体構成を示したものである。
上記実施形態では、基板80に実装される第1〜第4増圧制御弁17、18、37、38すべてが、領域A〜Cの同じ領域に存在する電磁弁で構成されるようにした例を挙げたが、必ずしも同じ領域に存在する電磁弁のみで構成しなければならない訳ではない。つまり、第1〜第4増圧制御弁17、18、37、38の特性を個々に認識できるように、第1〜第4増圧制御弁17、18、37、38の1つ1つに対してマーク部83を設けるようにすれば良い。ただし、この場合、マーク部83の数に応じた電源供給ラインが必要になるため、上記第1実施形態のようにするのが好ましい。
Claims (2)
- 制御電流の大きさに応じて上下流間に差圧を発生させる電磁弁(17、18、37、38)と、
前記電磁弁に対して流す前記制御電流の大きさを制御することで、前記電磁弁の上下流間に目標差圧を発生させるように制御する制御部(70)とを有してなる車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記電磁弁の特性を示すマーク部(83)が備えられると共に、
前記制御部に、前記電磁弁の差圧、電流特性のバラツキの全範囲を複数の領域(A〜C)で分割したマップが記憶され、該制御部にて、前記マーク部で表される前記電磁弁の特性を認識することにより、前記電磁弁が前記複数の領域のうちのいずれの領域に存在するものであるかが認識されるようになっており、
前記制御部は、前記電磁弁が前記複数の領域のうちのいずれの領域に存在するものであるかを認識すると、ブレーキ液圧制御の際には、前記制御電流の大きさを該認識した領域に応じた値に設定し、
前記マーク部は抵抗値によって前記電磁弁の特性を示すものであり、前記複数の領域に対応して前記マーク部の抵抗値が異なるものとされ、
前記複数の領域のうちの中央に位置する領域(A)を表す抵抗値が実質的に無限大に設定されていると共に、残りの領域(B、C)がそれぞれ異なる有限の抵抗値に設定されている場合において、
前記制御部は、前記残りの領域を表す抵抗値が断線によって実質的に無限大になったことを検出した場合に、前記電磁弁が前記中央に位置する領域に存在するものとして、前記制御電流の大きさを設定するようになっていることを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - ドライバのブレーキ操作部材(11)の操作に基づいたブレーキ液圧を発生させるマスタシリンダ(13)と、
前記マスタシリンダで発生させられたブレーキ液圧に基づいて、制動力を発生させる複数のホイールシリンダ(14、15、34、35)と、
前記マスタシリンダと前記ホイールシリンダとの間を接続する主管路(A、E)と、
前記主管路における前記複数のホイールシリンダそれぞれに対応して設けられ、前記複数のホイールシリンダに加えられるブレーキ液圧を制御するための複数の増圧制御弁(17、18、37、38)とを有し、
前記制御部が、前記複数の増圧制御弁を駆動するために、該複数の増圧制御弁それぞれに備えられるソレノイドコイルに対して前記制御電流を流すように構成されており、
前記複数の増圧制御弁の特性が前記マーク部によって表されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
