Claims (7)
- 複数のタンクを有し、該各タンクから放出する流体を該タンクの下流に配置した機器へ供給するタンクシステムであって、
前記各タンクの内部の圧力である一次圧力を検出する一次圧力検出手段と、
前記各タンクから放出する流体の流量を個別に調整する流量調整手段と、
前記複数のタンクのうち、前記一次圧力の高いタンクから順に、該一次圧力の検出結果に応じた流量比率を設定し、該設定した流量での前記流体の放出を前記流量調整手段に指示する制御手段と、
前記流量調整手段を介して供給される流体の圧力を所定圧に調整する圧力調整手段と
を備えるタンクシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のタンクシステムであって、
前記流量調整手段は、電磁力により弁を開閉する電磁弁であり、該弁の開閉頻度で放出流量を調整するタンクシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のタンクシステムであって、
前記流量調整手段は、電気的に弁を進退して開口断面積を調整するニードル弁であり、該弁の開度で放出流量を調整するタンクシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のタンクシステムであって、
前記流量調整手段は、
弁の駆動源である電動モータと、
前記電動モータの出力軸に設けたネジと、前記弁内部に設けたナットと、該ネジと該ナットとの間に介装するボールとから構成されるボールネジ機構と、
前記弁を軸方向へ直線的に進退可能に保持する案内と、
前記電動モータへの通電停止時に、前記弁を軸方向に付勢して閉弁状態に戻すスプリングとを備えた電動弁であり、
前記電動モータの回転運動を前記弁の直進運動に変換し、該弁が進退することで前記タンクからの放出流路の開閉を行ない放出流量を調整する機構であるタンクシステム。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のタンクシステムであって、
前記複数のタンクは、車両に搭載する燃料電池システムの水素ガスを貯留する水素タンクであるタンクシステム。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のタンクシステムであって、
前記複数のタンクは、車両に搭載する内燃機関システムの天然ガスを貯留する圧縮天然ガスタンクであるタンクシステム。 - 複数のタンクを有し、該各タンクから放出する流体を該タンクの下流に配置した機器へ供給するタンクシステムの流量制御方法であって、
前記各タンクの内部の圧力である一次圧力を検出し、
前記複数のタンクの中、前記一次圧力の高いタンクから順に、該一次圧力の検出結果に応じた流量比率を設定し、該各タンクから該設定した流量での前記流体の放出を実行し、
該各タンクから供給される流体の圧力を所定圧に調整して、前記機器に供給する
タンクシステムの流量制御方法。
