Description
点火前に蓄積された燃料を燃焼させる、予混段階と言われる第1段階
燃焼開始後の噴射燃料を燃焼させる、拡散段階と言われる第2段階
を強調できる。
燃料燃焼プロセスの量特性を測定又は計算するよう構成したセンサ手段5と、
以下のパラメータ、即ち
a)パイロット噴射Pと主噴射Mとの間の時間間隔Tp-m及び
b)パイロット噴射Pで噴射される燃料の量Qp
のうち少なくとも1つを制御することにより、前記量の測定値又は計算値と基準値に基づき噴射システム14の制御を行なう閉ループ制御手段12と
で構成され、
パイロット噴射Pと主噴射Mとの間の時間間隔と、パイロット噴射Pで噴射される燃料の量というパラメータのうち少なくとも一つを調整しても主噴射Mの点火遅れに変更が生じない、ように構成されることを特徴とする、高予混燃焼で操業するディーゼルエンジンの燃料制御用閉ループ電子制御システムに関するからである。
a)パイロット噴射Pと主噴射Mとの間の時間間隔Tp-m、
b)パイロット噴射Pにより噴射される燃料の量Qp
のうちの少なくとも1つが調整される。
a)基準値(TDC)に対する全噴射列(train)の時間移動、即ち、重心の粗位置決めを得るためのパイロット噴射Pと主噴射Mとの時間移動、
b)重心の正確な位置決めを得るためのパイロット噴射Pと主噴射Mとの時間間隔Tp-mの調整、
c)パイロット噴射Pによる噴射燃料の量Qpの調整。
燃料燃焼プロセスの量特性を測定又は計算するよう構成したセンサ手段5と、
以下のパラメータ、即ち
a)パイロット噴射Pと主噴射Mとの間の時間間隔Tp-m及び
b)パイロット噴射Pで噴射される燃料の量Qp
のうち少なくとも1つを制御することにより、前記量の測定値又は計算値と基準値に基づき噴射システム14の制御を行なう閉ループ制御手段12と
で構成され、
パイロット噴射Pと主噴射Mとの間の時間間隔と、パイロット噴射Pで噴射される燃料の量というパラメータのうち少なくとも一つを調整しても主噴射Mの点火遅れに変更が生じない、ように構成されることを特徴とする、高予混燃焼で操業するディーゼルエンジンの燃料制御用閉ループ電子制御システム、にかかるものである。

Claims (2)
- 噴射システム(14)がエンジンサイクル毎に1シリンダで少なくとも2回のディーゼル燃料噴射を可能とするよう構成され、前記燃料噴射がエンジンサイクルでの最初の噴射である少なくとも1回のパイロット噴射(P)とその後の主噴射(M)とで構成され、当該制御システムが、
燃料燃焼プロセスの量特性を測定又は計算するよう構成したセンサ手段(5)と、
以下のパラメータ、即ち
a)パイロット噴射(P)と主噴射(M)との間の時間間隔(Tp-m)、
b)パイロット噴射(P)で噴射される燃料の量(Qp)
のうち少なくとも1つを制御することにより、前記量の測定値又は計算値と基準値に基づき噴射システム(14)の制御を行なう閉ループ制御手段(12)と
で構成され、
パイロット噴射(P)と主噴射(M)との間の時間間隔と、パイロット噴射(P)で噴射される燃料の量というパラメータのうち少なくとも一つを調整しても主噴射(M)の点火遅れに変更が生じない、ように構成されることを特徴とする、高予混燃焼で操業するディーゼルエンジンの燃料制御用閉ループ電子制御システム。 - 主噴射(M)の時間位置を一定に保ち、パイロット噴射(P)の位置を時間調整することによりパイロット噴射(P)と主噴射(M)との時間間隔(Tp-m)を調整する、請求項1に記載の高予混燃焼で操業するディーゼルエンジンの燃料制御用閉ループ電子制御システム。
