Description
非水性有機溶媒としてエチレンカーボネート(EC):エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):フルオロベンゼン(FB)を30:55:5:10の体積比で混合し、前記非水性有機溶媒にリチウム塩として1M LiPF6を添加した後、高分子電解質形成用モノマー(アクリレート系モノマーのプリポリマー)であるポリエステルヘキサアクリレート系化合物0.5質量%、有機過酸化物であるジラウロイルパーオキサイド0.0033質量%及びトリフェニルホスフェート1質量%を添加してリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液を製造した。
トリフェニルホスフェートを3質量%添加した以外は、前記実施例1と同様に実施した。
トリフェニルホスフェートを5質量%添加した以外は、前記実施例1と同様に実施した。
トリフェニルホスフェートの代わりに、トリブチルホスフェートを5質量%添加した以外は、前記実施例1と同様に実施した。
トリフェニルホスフェート及びトリブチルホスフェートを添加しなかた以外は、前記実施例1と同様に実施した。
過充電試験で前記実施例1〜3、比較例1〜2の方法により製造された電池を常温(25℃)で充電状態から1C(790mAh)/12Vで定電流/定電圧条件で2時間半の間、各5個ずつ過充電を行った。電池状態を確認し、その結果を過充電結果として表1に表した。
また、スエリング試験で、0.5C(375mAh)の電流で4.2Vまで3時間充電された電池を90℃オーブンで4時間放置した後、厚さの変化状態を確認し、スエリング特性を評価して、その結果を、90℃4時間放置後厚さ増加特性として表1に表した。
また、高温放置試験で、充電状態の電池を85℃で4日間放置し、その後の0.5Cでの放電容量を高温放置前の0.5C放電容量と比較し、高温放電特性を評価して、その結果を高温保存回復特性として表1に表した。
また、寿命試験で1C/4.2V、定電流−定電圧、0.1Cカット−オフ充電、1C/3.0Vカット−オフ放電をして、100サイクル目の寿命特性を評価して、その結果を100サイクル容量保存特性として表1に表した。
Claims (14)
- 前記トリフェニルホスフェートの含量は、前記電解液全体に対して0.1〜10質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記リチウム塩は、LiPF6、LiBF4、LiSbF6、LiAsF6、LiClO4、LiAlO4、LiAlCl4、LiCF3SO3、LiN(SO2CF3)2、LiC4F9SO3、LiN(SO2C2F5)2、LiN(CxF2x+1SO2)(CyF2y+1SO2)(ここで、x及びyは自然数である)、LiCl及びLiIよりなる群から選らばれた1種、または、2種以上を混合したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記リチウム塩は、0.6〜2.0Mの濃度で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記カーボネートは、ジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、ジプロピルカーボネート、エチルメチルカーボネート、メチルプロピルカーボネート、エチルプロピルカーボネート、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート及びブチレンカーボネートよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1つの溶媒であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記カーボネート溶媒は、環状カーボネートと鎖状カーボネートとの混合溶媒であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒は、ベンゼン、フルオロベンゼン、クロロベンゼン、トルエン、フルオロトルエン、トリフルオロトルエン、キシレン及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの溶媒であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記カーボネート溶媒と芳香族炭化水素系溶媒とは1:1〜30:1の体積比で混合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- アクリレート系モノマー、エポキシ系モノマー、イソシアナート系モノマー及びこれらモノマーのプリポリマーよりなる群から選択されたいずれかの一つのモノマーと有機過酸化物、または、アゾ系重合開始剤を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記モノマーの含量は、電解液に対して0.1〜5質量%であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記有機過酸化物の含量は、前記モノマー重量に対して0.01〜1.0質量%であることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- 前記有機過酸化物は、イソブチルパーオキサイド、ラウリルパーオキサイド、ラウロイルパーオキサイド、ジラウロイルパーオキサイド、ジデカノイルパーオキサイド、ジクミルパーオキサイド、ジ−t−ブチルパーオキサイド、ベンゾイルパーオキサイド、m−トルオイルパーオキサイド、t−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノエート、t−ブチルパーオキシバーバレート、t−ブチルオキシネオデカナート、ジイソプロピルパ−オキシデカーボネート、ジエトキシパーオキシデカーボネート、ビス−(4−t−ブチルサイクロヘキシル)パーオキシデカーボネート、ジメトキシイソプロピルパーオキシデカーボネート、ジサイクロヘキシルパーオキシデカーボネート及び3、3、5−トリメチルヘキサノイルパーオキサイドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの過酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用電解液。
- リチウムイオンを可逆的に挿入及び脱離することができる正極活物質を含む正極と、
リチウムイオンを可逆的に挿入及び脱離することができる負極活物質を含む負極と、
請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の電解質と、を含むことを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記リチウムイオン二次電池は、リチウムイオンポリマ電池であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
