内側継手部材のボスとジャーナルを繋ぐジャーナル付け根部の継手円周方向における曲率半径をR1、継手軸線方向における曲率半径をR2としたとき、R1>R2とし、かつ、R1からR2まで漸減させたことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (8)
- 内周面の円周方向三等分位置に軸方向に延びるトラック溝を形成した、第一の回転軸とトルク伝達可能に結合する外側継手部材と、
第二の回転軸とトルク伝達可能に結合するボスと前記ボスの円周方向三等分位置から半径方向に突出したジャーナルとからなる内側継手部材と、
外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介在してトルクを伝達するローラカセットとを具備してなり、
前記ローラカセットを内側継手部材とジャーナルの軸線を含む平面内で第二の回転軸の端部側に傾けてジャーナルに組み付けるようにしたものにおいて、
内側継手部材のボスとジャーナルを繋ぐジャーナル付け根部の継手円周方向における曲率半径をR1、継手軸線方向における曲率半径をR2としたとき、R1>R2とし、かつ、R1からR2まで漸減させたことを特徴とするトリポード型等速自在継手。 - ローラカセットは転動体を介して相対回転自在のアウタローラおよびインナローラから
なり、アウタローラは前記トラック溝に形成したガイド面に沿って転動自在であり、その
際アウタローラの側面が前記トラック溝に形成した案内つば面により案内され、インナローラはその球面状内周面にてジャーナルの略球面状外周面と嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項1のトリポード型等速自在継手。 - ローラカセットは転動体を介して相対回転自在のアウタローラおよびインナローラからなり、アウタローラは前記トラック溝に形成したガイド面に沿って転動自在であり、インナローラは、母線が凸円弧状をした内周面にて、長軸を継手円周方向に向けた楕円形状を
したジャーナルと嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項1のトリポード型等速自在継手。 - ジャーナル付け根部が、継手円周方向の径が継手軸方向の径より大きい非円形断面であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかのトリポード型等速自在継手。
- 略球面状のジャーナルの継手円周方向にインナローラ組み込み用の逃げを設けたことを特徴とする請求項2または4のトリポード型等速自在継手。
- 継手円周方向におけるジャーナル付け根部の曲率半径R1を、継手円周方向の頂点から所定の角度範囲にわたり一定としたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかのトリポード型等速自在継手。
- ジャーナル付け根部の継手円周方向における曲率半径R1と継手軸線方向における曲率半径R2との比の値をaとしたとき、2.0≦a≦6.5に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかのトリポード型等速自在継手。
- ジャーナル付け根部の継手円周方向における曲率半径R1とボスのメススプラインPCDとの比の値をbとしたとき、0.13≦b≦0.25に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかのトリポード型等速自在継手。
