Abstract
トライポッド等速ジョイントの構造的安定性を維持するとともに、トラニオンとトラックとの間で発生する摩擦力を極小化して、軸力の発生を格段に低減し、等速ジョイントの安定した作動性および耐久性を確保するトライポッド等速ジョイントの構造およびローラーアセンブリの組立方法を提供する。
【解決手段】
ハウジング3のトラックとスパイダー9のトラニオン11との間に配置されたインナーローラー13およびアウターローラー15と;前記アウターローラーの外側面中央部に、アウターローラーの円周方向に沿って形成されたローラー溝19と;前記インナーローラーとの接触面積を減らすために、トラニオンの表面に形成された複数のリセス21とを含んでなる。

一対の係止膨出部13a間に、円周方向に沿って一定角度で一対の面取り部13bが対向するようにそれぞれ形成されている。

Claims (8)
- トライポッド等速ジョイント構造において、
ハウジングのトラックとスパイダーのトラニオンとの間に配置されたインナーローラーおよびアウターローラーと;
前記アウターローラーの外側面中央部に、アウターローラーの円周方向に沿って形成されたローラー溝と;
前記インナーローラーとの接触面積を減らすために、トラニオンの表面に形成された複数のリセスと;
を含んでなることを特徴とする、トライポッド等速ジョイント構造。 - 前記インナーローラーの内周面下端には、円周方向に沿って一定角度に形成された一対の係止膨出部が対向するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトライポッド等速ジョイント構造。
- 前記アウターローラーのローラー溝は、前記アウターローラーの回転中心軸に垂直な断面上で前記アウターローラーを両分する区分線の両側にそれぞれ形成された二つの円弧部の連結部によってなされ、
前記円弧部の半径中心は、前記円弧部とトラック間の接触点に垂直に、前記接触点から前記区分線を連結する線分に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトライポッド等速ジョイント構造。 - 前記トラニオンのリセスは、前記トラニオンのピッチ円に接する横断面上でトラニオンの回転方向に沿って形成された広角部と、前記トラニオンの回転方向に垂直な方向に形成され、前記広角部より狭く形成された狭角部との間に形成され、
前記広角部と狭角部はトラニオンの中心軸から同一回転半径によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトライポッド等速ジョイント構造。 - 前記広角部と前記広角部を介在して隣り合う二つのリセスがなす角度の比が0.80〜1.08であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のトライポッド等速ジョイント構造。
- 前記トラニオンは、回転方向に沿って長軸が形成される楕円形断面に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトライポッド等速ジョイント構造。
- 前記トラニオンの回転中心軸に垂直な軸を中心として回転させて得るトラニオンの形状から一定部分が取り除かれてラウンド処理されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトライポッド等速ジョイント構造。
- トライポッド等速ジョイントのローラーアセンブリの組立方法において、
前記ローラーアセンブリを所定角度で傾けた状態で、インナーローラーの下端に対向するように形成された一対の係止膨出部のいずれか一方が、トラニオンのネック部の上端と球面が合う部位に触れ合うようにする段階と;
前記係止膨出部と前記部位が合う点を中心としてローラーアセンブリを回転させてはめ合わせる段階と;
前記係止膨出部の他方がトラニオンの球面にかかる場合、一定の力を加えて押し込む段階と;
を含んでなることを特徴とする、トライポッドのローラーアセンブリの組立方法。
