Claims (8)
- 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조에 있어서,하우징(3)의 트랙(5)과 스파이더(9)의 트러니언(11) 사이에 배치된 인너롤러(13) 및 아웃터롤러(15)와;상기 아웃터롤러의 외측면 중앙부위에 아웃터롤러의 원주방향을 따라 형성된 롤러홈(19)과;상기 인너롤러와의 접촉면적을 줄이도록 트러니언의 표면에 형성된 다수의 리세스(21);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 인너롤러의 내주면 하단에는 원주방향을 따라 일정각도로 형성된 한쌍의 걸림턱이 서로 마주보게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 아웃터롤러(15)의 롤러홈(19)은상기 아웃터롤러의 회전중심축(X)에 수직한 단면상에서 상기 아웃터롤러를 양분하는 구분선(Y)의 양쪽으로 각각 형성된 두 원호부(23)의 연결부분에 의해 이루어지고,상기 원호부의 반경중심은 상기 원호부와 트랙의 접촉점에 수직하게 상기 접촉점으로부터 상기 구분선을 연결하는 선분(L)에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 트러니언의 리세스(21)는상기 트러니언의 피치원(PC)에 접하는 횡단면 상에서, 트러니언의 회전방향을 따라 형성된 와이드앵글부(M)와, 상기 트러니언의 회전방향에 수직한 방향으로 형성되고 상기 와이드앵글부보다 좁게 형성된 네로우앵글부(N) 사이에 형성되며;상기 와이드앵글부와 네로우앵글부는 트러니언의 중심축으로부터 동일한 회전반경에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 와이드앵글부(M) 및 상기 와이드앵글부를 사이에 두고 서로 인접한 두개의 리세스가 이루는 각도(M')의 비가 0.80~1.08인 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 트러니언은 회전방향을 따라 장축이 형성되는 타원형 단면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 트러니언의 회전중심축에 수직한 축(X-X)을 중심으로 트러니언의 동일한 형상에서 일정부분이 라운딩 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드 등속조인트 구조.
- 트라이포드의 롤러어셈블리의 조립방법에 있어서,상기 롤러어셈블리를 소정 각도로 기울인 상태로 인너롤러의 하단에 서로 마주보게 형성된 한쌍의 걸림턱 중 하나가 트러니언의 네크부의 상단과 구면이 만나는 R부에 맞닿게 하는 단계와;상기 걸림턱과 R부가 만나는 점을 중심으로 롤러어셈블리를 회전시켜 끼우는 단계와;상기 걸림턱 중 다른 하나가 트러니언의 구면에 걸릴 경우에 일정한 힘을 가하여 압입하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드의 롤러어셈블리의 조립방법.
