Description
互いに所定間隔で離間し且つ軸線方向に沿って延在する複数個の案内溝が側壁に形成され、前記第1伝達軸に連結されるアウタ部材と、
円環部から前記案内溝に指向して突出した保持部を有し、前記第2伝達軸に連結されて前記アウタ部材の内部に挿入されるインナ部材と、
前記保持部に回転可能に装着されるとともに、内側ローラと、転動部材を介して内側ローラの外方に装着された外側ローラとを有するローラ組立体と、
を具備し、
前記保持部に、前記内側ローラの内周壁に対して当接する接触部位と、離間する非接触部位とがそれぞれ複数個設けられ、且つ接触部位と非接触部位とが交互に配置され、
前記接触部位は、少なくとも、仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向と平行となる平行部位と、該接触部位における仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向に対して直交する直交部位であることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 第1伝達軸と第2伝達軸の間に介在し、前記第1伝達軸から前記第2伝達軸へ回転駆動力を伝達する等速ジョイントにおいて、
互いに所定間隔で離間し且つ軸線方向に沿って延在する複数個の案内溝が側壁に形成され、前記第1伝達軸に連結されるアウタ部材と、
円環部から前記案内溝に指向して突出した保持部を有し、前記第2伝達軸に連結されて前記アウタ部材の内部に挿入されるインナ部材と、
前記保持部に回転可能に装着されるとともに、内側ローラと、転動部材を介して内側ローラの外方に装着された外側ローラとを有するローラ組立体と、
を具備し、
前記保持部に、前記内側ローラの内周壁に対して当接する接触部位と、離間する非接触部位とがそれぞれ複数個設けられ、且つ接触部位と非接触部位とが交互に配置され、
前記接触部位は、少なくとも、仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向と平行となる平行部位と、該接触部位における仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向に対して直交する直交部位であり、
前記保持部の、前記平行部位と径方向中心とを通る正面断面では、前記平行部位の側壁が直線形状であることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 請求項1記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記保持部が、平面視で十字形状をなすことを特徴とする等速ジョイント。
- 請求項1又は2記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記内側ローラの内径は、高さ方向中腹部よりも前記円環部に近接する側で最小に設定されていることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。
