Description
互いに所定間隔で離間し且つ軸線方向に沿って延在する複数個の案内溝が内方側壁に形成され、前記第1伝達軸に連結されるアウタ部材と、
円環状部から前記案内溝に指向して突出した保持部を有し、前記第2伝達軸に連結されて前記アウタ部材の内部に挿入されるインナ部材と、
前記保持部に回転可能に装着されるとともに、内側ローラと、転動部材を介して内側ローラの外方に装着された外側ローラとを有するローラ組立体と、
を具備し、
前記保持部に、前記内側ローラの内周壁に対して当接する接触部位と、離間する非接触部位とがそれぞれ複数個設けられ、且つ接触部位と非接触部位とが交互に配置され、
前記接触部位は、少なくとも、仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向と平行となる平行部位と、該接触部位における仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向に対して直交する直交部位であり、
前記保持部の中心と、前記直交部位とを通る前記保持部の側方断面では、前記直交部位が、第1円弧部と、前記第1円弧部に連なり且つ該第1円弧部に比して半径が小さな第2円弧部とを、前記円環状部に近接する方からこの順序で有する曲面形状をなす等速ジョイントが提供される。

Claims (4)
- 第1伝達軸と第2伝達軸の間に介在し、前記第1伝達軸から前記第2伝達軸へ回転駆動力を伝達する等速ジョイントにおいて、
互いに所定間隔で離間し且つ軸線方向に沿って延在する複数個の案内溝が内方側壁に形成され、前記第1伝達軸に連結されるアウタ部材と、
円環状部から前記案内溝に指向して突出した保持部を有し、前記第2伝達軸に連結されて前記アウタ部材の内部に挿入されるインナ部材と、
前記保持部に回転可能に装着されるとともに、内側ローラと、転動部材を介して内側ローラの外方に装着された外側ローラとを有するローラ組立体と、
を具備し、
前記保持部に、前記内側ローラの内周壁に対して当接する接触部位と、離間する非接触部位とがそれぞれ複数個設けられ、且つ接触部位と非接触部位とが交互に配置され、
前記接触部位は、少なくとも、仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向と平行となる平行部位と、該接触部位における仮想接線が前記案内溝の長手方向に対して直交する直交部位であり、
前記保持部の中心と、前記直交部位とを通る前記保持部の側方断面では、前記直交部位が、第1円弧部と、前記第1円弧部に連なり且つ該第1円弧部に比して半径が小さな第2円弧部とを、前記円環状部に近接する方からこの順序で有する曲面形状をなす等速ジョイント。 - 請求項1記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記保持部の、前記円環状部側の基端部から、前記円環状部から離間する先端部に向かう軸線方向に直交する水平方向断面では、該水平方向断面における直径が、前記円環状部から離間するに従って漸次的に小さくなる等速ジョイント。
- 請求項1又は2記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記保持部が、平面視で十字形状をなす等速ジョイント。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記内側ローラの内周壁は、前記軸線方向中間部で内径が最小となる円弧形状である等速ジョイント。
