Abstract
【解決手段】 ダブルローラタイプのトリポード型等速自在継手1において、トラック溝12の両側部に形成されたローラ案内面12a、12aのうち非負荷側のローラ案内面12aと、アウタローラ10の外周面10aとの間のトラック隙間δ1を、δ1>0.03/Aを満たすように設定するとともに、トラック溝12の底面に形成された鍔面12bとアウタローラ10の側面10cとの間の鍔隙間δ2を、δ2>0.15×Aを満たすように設定する。ただし、円環度Aはアウタローラ10の外径半径Rに対する外周面10aの母線曲率半径rの比(A=r/R)で定義される。

- 内周面の円周方向三等分位置に軸方向のトラック溝を形成した外側継手部材と、円周方向三等分位置に半径方向に突出するトラニオンジャーナルを形成した内側継手部材と、各トラニオンジャーナルに取り付けたローラ機構とを有し、
各ローラ機構が、トラニオンジャーナルに対して首振り可能でかつトラック溝上を軸方向に転動可能のローラを有し、
各トラック溝が、その円周方向両側にローラ機構のローラ外周面を案内するローラ案内面を備えるトリポード型等速自在継手において、
トルク負荷状態で形成されるローラの外周面とローラ案内面との間のトラック隙間δ1[mm]を、δ1>0.03/Aに設定したことを特徴とするトリポード型等速自在継手:

- ローラ外周面母線曲率半径とローラ案内面曲率半径を略同一にした請求項1〜4何れか記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
- ローラ外周面とローラ案内面をアンギュラコンタクトさせた請求項1〜4何れか記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
- ローラ機構が、ローラの内周側に配置したリングと、リングとローラの間に介在させた転動体をさらに有する請求項1〜6何れか記載のトリポード型等速自在継手。
