Claims (5)
- シリンダヘッド成形用金型内で吸気マニホールド又は排気マニホールドに連結される部位に位置する主胴体部と、
前記主胴体部から延長して形成され、前記シリンダヘッド成形用金型内で燃焼室と連結される部位に位置する副胴体部と、
前記主胴体部の先端側と前記副胴体部の先端側にそれぞれ少なくとも一つ設けられ、突出する上側面が前記シリンダヘッドの基準面に平行となるように形成された突起部と、を備えたことを特徴とする吸気ポート又は排気ポート成形用コアの構造。 - 前記突起部は、直径2.5mm以上の円筒体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸気ポート又は排気ポート成形用コアの構造。
- 前記突起部は、2.5mm2以上の断面積を有する多角柱に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸気ポート又は排気ポート成形用コアの構造。
- 前記突起部は、主胴体部と副胴体部に合計で少なくとも三つ形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の吸気ポート又は排気ポート成形用コアの構造。
- 前記副胴体部が前記主胴体部から二つに分枝する形状で一体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の吸気ポート又は排気ポート成形用コアの構造。
