Description
a)前記再処理装置に水を充填する工程と、
b)第1および第2のフィルタ要素で濾過された水を乾燥した化学薬品に混合することによって微生物不活性化流体を生成する工程と、
c)処理段階の間は微生物不活性化流体の少なくとも一部を流体供給ラインおよび少なくとも第1のフィルタ要素を通して導く工程と、
d)第1および第2のフィルタ要素を通して水を通過させることで前記再処理装置に水を充填させる工程とが含まれる。
本発明の別の長所は微生物不活性化システム用の微生物不活性化濾過システムを設けたことにある。
本発明のさらに別の長所は、第2のフィルタ要素の下流に供給される水が微生物不活性化または殺菌されていることが高レベルで保証できる前述の濾過システムにある。
フィルタ要素134の上流側の圧力を検知するためシステム供給ライン62の第2の領域62bとブランチライン194の間に第2の圧力センサ204を設ける。
微生物不活性化流体を装置10から排水した後で、残った微生物不活性化流体および不活性化された物品からの残余物を洗い流すため1以上のリンス段階を実施する。この点に関しては、これまでに充填段階で述べた方法で、入口弁54を開いて新鮮な水を装置10内に入れる。入ってくる水はすべて水濾過システム100を通過し、循環システム40およびチャンバ36に入ってくる水は微生物不活性化または殺菌される。各リンス水を充填したあと、前に述べたようにリンス水を装置10から排水する。ポンプ92を作動させてリンス水を装置10内で循環させることもできる。充填、循環および排水の各段階の間において、流体流出/空気補充アセンブリは微生物の汚染物がシステム内の内部環境に入ってくるのを防止するよう作動する。
Claims (4)
- 微生物不活性化または殺菌される物品を入れるチャンバと、前記チャンバを通して流体を循環させる流体循環システムと、水を混合することで乾燥した化学薬品から微生物不活性化流体を生成する手段と、再処理装置に入る水を濾過する水濾過システムを備えた再処理装置において、前記水濾過システムには加圧水源に接続可能な流体供給ラインと、前記流体供給ラインの第1のフィルタ要素および第2のフィルタ要素とが含まれ、前記第2のフィルタ要素は前記第1のフィルタ要素の下流に位置し、前記第1のフィルタ要素のものよりも小さい粒子を濾過可能であり、前記フィルタ要素の少なくとも1つの保全を点検する方法が、
a)前記フィルタ要素の上流側に第1の既知の圧力を確立する工程と、
b)前記フィルタ要素の前記上流側の圧力を前記フィルタ要素と既知寸法の漏洩オリフィスとを通して消散させる工程と、
c)前記フィルタの上流側の時間に対する圧力変化を監視する工程と、
d)前記フィルタ要素の上流側に第2の既知の圧力を確立する工程と、
e)前記フィルタ要素の前記上流側の圧力を前記フィルタ要素を通して消散させる工程と、
f)前記フィルタの上流側の時間に対する圧力変化を監視する工程と、
g)工程c)およびf)で決定した圧力変化に基づいて前記フィルタを通る流量速度を決定する工程と
が含まれることを特徴とする方法。 - 工程a)の前に、加圧漏洩試験を実施する工程がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前に、前記漏洩オリフィスで試験を実施する工程がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のフィルタ要素の上流側の時間に対する圧力変化は第1及び第2の差圧検知装置によって測定され、
前記第1のフィルタ要素の上流と設定圧力領域との圧力差を測定する第1の差圧検知装置と、
前記設定圧力領域の圧力と前記第2のフィルタ要素の上流との圧力差を測定する第2の差圧検知装置で測定すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
