Description
●濾過媒体からの改善された固体の分離、
●濾過媒体の閉塞の危険の低減、
●変動する固体組成に対する不感受性、
●濾過段階の高い柔軟性および認容性。
計量供給と共に運転を開始した後、濾過性能が連続的に5〜6倍に向上することを確認することができた。この場合、デカンターのアンダーフローを種々の比率で計量供給した。安定した、かつ認容可能な運転は、固体に対して5〜10:1の比率で観察することができた。つまり、濾過器5への供給流Dの固体濃度は清澄塩水Bの固体濃度よりも5〜10倍高い。濾液品質は明らかに1ppmを下回っており、大部分は0.5ppmの値が達成された。
低い性能に基づいて経済的な観点の下での濾過は不可能であることが明らかである。さらに明らかな閉塞傾向が確認され、これは濾過性能の連続的な低下を示した。
Claims (3)
- 逆洗可能な圧力濾過器(5)を使用して、クロロアルカリ電解において使用するための原料塩水(A)を連続的に濾過する方法において、原料塩水(A)を第一段階でデカンター(1)により、清澄な塩水(B)としての固体の少ない部分流と、固体の富化された部分流(C)とに分離し、かつ第二段階で、圧力濾過器(5)への導入前に、固体の富化された部分流(C)の一部を濾過助剤として清澄な塩水(B)に計量供給することを特徴とする、原料塩水(A)を連続的に濾過する方法。
- 固体の富化された部分流(C)の供給を制御しながら清澄な塩水(B)に直接計量供給する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 圧力濾過器として逆洗可能な圧力濾過器(5)を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
