Description
これにより、滑らかな変速を実現することができる。また、速度を任意の値に設定することができ、多様な速度設定による作業範囲の拡大を図ることができる。
また、リンク機構が単純であるため、ペダルの角度調整を容易に行うことができる。

Claims (6)
- 前進ペダル(21)と後進ペダル(22)を設けた走行車両の変速操作装置(20)であって、前記変速操作装置(20)を構成する前進ペダル(21)と後進ペダル(22)は、斜板傾転角操作機構(30)を介して、HST(4)の油圧モータ(4M)及び油圧ポンプ(4P)の各コントロールアーム(51・52)に連動連結されており、前記斜板傾転角操作機構(30)は、前記油圧モータ(4M)のコントロールアーム(51)に、モータ制御リンク(41)を介して連動連結される第一アーム(32)と、前記油圧ポンプ(4P)のコントロールアーム(52)に、ポンプ制御リンク(42)を介して連動連結される第二アーム(34)とを具備し、前記第一アーム(32)と第二アーム(34)は同一軸上に回動自在に支持され、かつ、互いに連携動作する構成とし、前記前進ペダル(21)又は後進ペダル(22)の、両方の踏み込みがない場合には、前記第一アーム(32)とモータ制御リンク(41)とは、平行重複するように構成し、前記第二アーム(34)とポンプ制御リンク(42)とは、平行重複しないように構成し、該前進ペダル(21)及び後進ペダル(22)のいずれが踏み込まれた場合には、平行重複した位置から第一アーム(32)がどちらかへ傾動することにより、連動するモータ制御リンク(41)とコントロールアーム(51)が同一方向に操作され、該油圧モータ(4M)の斜板も同一方向に傾動し、該油圧ポンプ(4P)の斜板は、該前進ペダル(21)が踏み込まれた場合と、該後進ペダル(22)が踏み込まれた場合とでは、前記第二アーム(34)の動きに連動するため、逆方向に傾動すべく構成したことを特徴とする走行車両の変速操作装置。
- 前記前進ペダル(21)及び後進ペダル(22)は、車両フレーム(1)に固定される設置プレート(3)に回動自在に支持し、前記設置プレート(3)に、前進ペダル(21)の基端部、及び、後進ペダル(22)の基端部と、それぞれ一本のリンクを介して連結される変速操作連動回動筒(73)が回動自在に支持され、前記前進ペダル(21)、後進ペダル(22)、変速操作連動回動筒(73)、及び設置プレート(3)が一体ユニットとして構成されており、前記変速操作連動回動筒(73)は、前記前進ペダル(21)、及び前記後進ペダル(22)の操作に連動して正逆回転し、HST(4)の油圧ポンプ(4P)及び油圧モータ(4M)の斜板を傾転させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の走行車両の変速操作装置。
- 前記前進ペダル(21)及び後進ペダル(22)は、前記設置プレート(3)に支持される回動支持軸(71)に枢結される構成とする、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の走行車両の変速操作装置。
- 前記変速操作連動回動筒(73)には、前進ペダル(21)及び後進ペダル(22)を踏み込み量ゼロの位置に復帰させる中立位置復帰機構(25)が接続される構成とすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の走行車両の変速操作装置。
- 前記設置プレート(3)には、ブレーキ操作装置(10)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の走行車両の変速操作装置。
- 前記斜板傾転角操作機構(30)には、前記第二アーム(34)の回動角度範囲を規制するための角度規制部材(38)を設けることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の走行車両の変速操作装置。
