Claims (10)
- 内燃機関を備えた自動車、特に貨物自動車であって、内燃機関には燃料タンク(1)から燃料が供給可能であり、内燃機関の排ガス管(2)にはプレ消音器(3)とメイン消音器とが配置されており、プレ消音器(3)内には、1つの加水分解触媒(4)と、少なくとも1つの酸化触媒(5)とが組み込まれており、加水分解触媒(4)が調量装置(6,7)により尿素水溶液で負荷可能であり、該尿素水溶液が固有の尿素水溶液タンク(9)内に貯蔵可能である形式のものにおいて、尿素水溶液タンク(9)およびプレ消音器(3)が燃料タンク(1)と相俟って1つの構成ユニット(10)を形成し、該構成ユニット(10)が全体的に自動車のシャシーフレームに固定可能であることを特徴とする、燃料タンク、プレ消音器および還元剤タンクの特別な配置形式を備えた自動車。
- 燃料タンク(1)と尿素水溶液タンク(9)とプレ消音器(3)とから成る構成ユニット(10)が完全に前組立された状態で、単体の燃料タンクの代わりにシャシーフレーム(11)に組み付け可能であり、単体の燃料タンクの構成長さまたは体積に、構成ユニット(10)の構成長さまたは体積がほぼ相当し、構成ユニット(10)内に存在する燃料タンク(1)が、代替された燃料タンクに対して、同一の横断面の場合に、例えば30〜40%の分だけ小さなタンク体積を有しており、このようにして獲得された構成スペースのうち、構成ユニット(10)内で一方では例えば1/3が尿素水溶液タンク(9)に、他方では例えば2/3がプレ消音器(3)に分配される、請求項1記載の自動車。
- プレ消音器(3)と、尿素水溶液タンク(9)と、燃料タンク(1)とが前後に並んで配置されており、構成ユニット(10)内ではプレ消音器(3)が最前に配置されており、尿素水溶液タンク(9)がプレ消音器(3)と燃料タンク(1)との間に組み込まれている、請求項1または2記載の自動車。
- 燃料タンク(1)がハウジング(12)内で二重壁(13,14)により尿素水溶液タンク(9)から隔離されているので、尿素水溶液が若干漏れても、尿素水溶液が燃料タンク(1)内に到達することがないようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 尿素水溶液タンク(9)が、尿素水溶液タンク(9)を熱絶縁するライニング(15)と、尿素水溶液タンク(9)内に組み込まれた加熱装置(16)と、尿素水溶液タンク(9)内に組み込まれたレベルセンサ(17)とを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 尿素水溶液調量装置(6)が構成ユニット(10)において尿素水溶液タンク(9)の領域に配置されており、尿素水溶液調量装置(6)から、垂直な尿素水溶液吸入管(18)が尿素水溶液タンク(9)内に突入し、ほぼ尿素水溶液タンク(9)の底部にまで達しており、かつ尿素水溶液調量管路(7)が調量装置(6)から分岐しており、尿素水溶液調量管路(7)がプレ消音器(3)の内室内に導入されており、そこで加水分解触媒(4)もしくはそのハウジング(4/1)の入口領域においてスプレーヘッド(8)で終わっている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- プレ消音器(3)の内室が中間壁(19)により流入チャンバ(20)と流出チャンバ(21)とに分割されており、流入チャンバ(20)が排ガス管路(2)の、内燃機関もしくはその過給ユニットから延びる区分(2/1)に連通し、流出チャンバ(21)が排ガス管路(2)の、メイン消音器への接続部を形成する区分(2/2)に連通しており、かつ触媒(4,5)がプレ消音器(3)内で互いに軸平行にかつ相並んで配置されており、そこでハウジング(4/1,5/1)でもって中間壁(19)ならびに該中間壁(19)に対して間隔を置いて配置された保持壁(22)内に固定されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- プレ消音器(3)の内部が、遮音性の材料から成る層で内張りされており、かつプレ消音器(3)が尿素水溶液タンク(9)に対してさらに付加的に、尿素水溶液タンク(9)への過度に強い熱伝達を回避するために熱絶縁されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 燃料タンク(1)が構成ユニット内で、全面で閉鎖された容器壁(1′)を備えた前製作される容器により形成されており、この前製作された燃料タンク(1)の、前側の端壁(24)に、ポット状の、前方にプレ消音器(3)に向かって当初は開いている尿素水溶液タンクハウジング(25)が溶接され、該尿素水溶液タンクハウジング(25)内に、それ自体は閉鎖された、肉厚の絶縁材料から前製作された尿素水溶液タンクインナボディ(26)が前方から組み込み可能であり、その後、尿素水溶液タンクハウジング(25)が前壁(27)により閉鎖可能であり、該尿素水溶液タンク前壁(27)が同時に尿素水溶液タンク(9)とプレ消音器(3)との間の中間壁を形成し、かつプレ消音器(3)の内室に面した側で、熱絶縁性の材料から成る層(28)により被覆されており、尿素水溶液タンク前壁(27)に、プレ消音器(3)の、円筒状の周囲外壁(29)が、尿素水溶液タンクハウジング(27)に設けられていて尿素水溶液タンク前壁(27)を支持する平らな前側の縁部(30)を含む尿素水溶液タンク前壁(27)の縁曲げにより接続され、周囲外壁(29)の、前側の端面に、プレ消音器(3)の、前側の端壁(31)が接続し、周囲外壁(29)に縁部側の縁曲げにより結合可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
- 中間壁(19)と、保持壁(22)と、ハウジング(4/1,5/1)内に収容された触媒(4,5)とが、前組立され得る1つの構成群を形成し、該構成群の中間壁(19)には引き続き、前側の端壁(31)が溶接により固定可能であり、次に周囲外壁(29)が前方の端壁(31)に縁部側の縁曲げにより設置可能であり、続いて中間壁(19)が周囲外壁(29)に溶接により結合可能であり、そして調量管路部材(7/1)が、周囲外壁(29)に設けられた開口内に挿入可能かつ該開口に固定可能であり、最終的に、そのようにして前製作されたプレ消音器構成群が尿素水溶液タンク前壁(27)と一緒に尿素水溶液タンクハウジング(25)の、前側の縁部に設置可能であり、かつ周囲外壁(29)の、縁部側の縁曲げにより、尿素水溶液タンクハウジング(25)に固定可能である、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の自動車。
