Description
Claims (7)
- 自動車用液体タンクであって、液体を充填可能なタンク内室と、該タンク内室を液密に閉鎖するための上側に位置するタンク壁と、タンク内室に液体を充填するための充填装置と、タンク内室から液体を排出するための排出装置とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
タンク内室(1)に最高に充填した場合の最高液面レベル(3)と、上側に位置するタンク壁(2)の内側(4)との間に、タンク内室(1)で凍結した液体の体積増大に対応する空隙(5)が設けられており、
タンク底部(9)と、上側に位置するタンク壁(2)との間に圧力補償装置(11)が設けられており、タンク内容物が完全に又は部分的に凍結し且つ溶解過程が始まると、前記圧力補償装置がタンク底部付近の領域の圧力と、液面レベル(3)の上位を支配する圧力との間を補償するようになっていることを特徴とする、自動車用液体タンク。 - 前記空隙(5)を形成するために、上側に位置するタンク壁(2)の内側(4)と、最高液面レベル(3)との間に規定された間隔(h)が設けられている、請求項1記載の液体タンク。
- 排出装置(8)がタンク底部(9)に設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の液体タンク。
- タンク底部(9)に、例えば超音波を用いた無接触式の充填レベル測定装置(10)が配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の液体タンク。
- タンクが完全に又は部分的に外部に対して断熱されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の液体タンク。
- タンク上部域、特に空隙(5)の領域又は近傍に、タンクを支持フレームに固定するためのタンク保持部(12)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の液体タンク。
- 排出装置(8)が、内燃機関、特にディーゼルエンジンの排気流中のNOx還元触媒装置の加水分解装置に接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の液体タンク。
