Claims (12)
- 燃料/助剤を内燃機関の排気経路に供給するための調量モジュール(10)を冷却する装置であって、前記調量モジュール(10)に、冷却液が貫流する冷却体(17、20、24、28、29)を含む冷却装置が付設されており、前記冷却体(17、20、24、28,29)が調量弁(30)の収容部(12)を形成しており、第1の部分群(17、20、28)は電気接点(16、36)においてエアギャップ部分(38;54、56、58)を形成し、第2の部分群(28、29)には冷却液が貫流している形式のものにおいて、
前記冷却体が、上側胴部(20)、ロック可能なプラグコンタクトカバー(17)、中央胴部(28)、下側胴部(29)および前記下側胴部(29)に挿入された鉢形インサート(24)を含み、
前記第1の部分群が、前記ロック可能なプラグコンタクトカバー(17)、前記上側胴部(20)、前記中央胴部(28)、を含み、
前記第2の部分群が、前記中央胴部(28)、前記下側胴部(29)を含むことを特徴とする、調量モジュール(10)を冷却する装置。 - 前記上側胴部(20)が、少なくとも部分的に冷却液が貫流する前記中央胴部(28)から液密に分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中央胴部(28)が、冷却液をガイドする空隙部(44)を有し、前記ロック可能なプラグコンタクトカバー(17)によって前記エアギャップ断熱部(14)のエアギャップ部分(58)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記中央胴部(28)が、冷却液が貫流する空隙部(44)を有し、これにより分離されたエアギャップ断熱部(14)の第1および第2のエアギャップ部分(54、56)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記中央胴部(28)が、前記空隙部(44)から始まる冷却液還流部(26)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記中央胴部(28)が、前記空隙部(44)を前記第1および第2のエアギャップ部分(54、56)から分離する分離リブ(64)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記中央胴部(28)と、前記下側胴部(29)に挿入された前記鉢形インサート(24)との間に、ガイドスリーブ(32)が収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 冷却液流入部(22)が、冷却液をガイドする下側胴部空隙部(66)を含む前記下側胴部(29)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドスリーブ(32)内および前記中央胴部(28)の底部内に貫通口(46)が設けられており、これにより、前記鉢形インサート(24)の空隙部(66)から前記中央胴部(28)の空隙部(44)へ冷却液が流れ込むことが可能になっていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プラグコンタクトカバー(17)が、温度による上側胴部(20)と中央胴部(28)の膨張を調整するために、弾性を有する材料から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記プラグコンタクトカバー(17)が、前記冷却体(17、20、24、28、29)の前記上側胴部(20)に係合する第1のロック装置(48)と、前記冷却体(17、20、24、28、29)の前記中央胴部(28)に係合する第2のロック装置(50)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の部分群がさらに受容体(40)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
