Description
実施例および比較例にて用いた各種薬品について説明する。
ジエン系合成ゴム:日本ゼオン(株)製のSBR NS210
カーボンブラック:三菱化学(株)製のダイヤブラックI
シリカ:デグサジャパン(株)製のUltrasil VN3
シランカップリング剤:デグサジャパン(株)製のSi266(ビス(3−トリエトキシシリルプロピル)ジスルフィド)
アロマオイル:(株)JOMO製のX140
老化防止剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクラック6C
加硫促進剤TBBS:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーNS
加硫促進剤DPG:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーD
ステアリン酸:日本油脂(株)製の椿
酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製の亜鉛華
四ホウ酸カリウム4水和物(K2B4O7・4H2O):米山薬品工業(株)製の48メッシュアンダー品(48メッシュのふるいを通過したもの)(平均粒子径170μm、融点815℃(無水物))
(摩耗指数)
ランボーン摩耗試験機を用い、試験時間3分で、(i)荷重2.5kgfおよびスリップ率40%、(ii)荷重1.5kgfおよびスリップ率60%、ならびに(iii)荷重3.5kgfおよびスリップ率20%の各条件における各加硫物の容積損失量を測定した。そして、下記計算式により、それぞれ容積損失量を指数表示した(摩耗指数)。指数が大きいほど耐摩耗性に優れている。
実施例1〜7および比較例1〜10の摩耗指数
=(比較例1の容積損失量/各容積損失量)×100
粘弾性スペクトロメータVES((株)岩本製作所製)を用いて、温度70℃で初期歪み10%および動歪み2%の条件下で各加硫物のtanδを測定し、下記計算式により、それぞれ指数表示した(転がり抵抗指数)。指数が大きいほど転がり抵抗性能が優れる。
実施例1〜7および比較例1〜10の転がり抵抗指数
=(比較例1のtanδ/各tanδ)×100
加硫物の製造工程における未加硫ゴムシートを細かく切り、エタノールを用いて24時間抽出試験をおこなった。そして、抽出液中に抽出された未反応のシランカップリング剤量をガスクロマトグラフで測定し、シランカップリング剤の全配合量に対する未反応のシランカップリング剤量の重量比(重量%)を算出した。該重量比が小さいほど、未反応のシランカップリング剤量が少なく好ましいことを示す。
Claims (1)
- シリカを含有するゴム組成物であって、
シランカップリング剤をシリカ100重量部に対して3〜15重量部、および
四ホウ酸カリウムをシリカ100重量部に対して0.3〜1.45重量部含有するゴム組成物。
