Claims (7)
- 支持体と、検査すべき表示用パネルを撮影すべく前記支持体に配置されたビデオカメラと、前記支持体の一部を覆うカバーであって少なくとも前記ビデオカメラの側に開放するカバーとを含む撮影処理装置と、
筐体と、該筐体内に配置された検査ステージであって前記表示用パネルを受けるパネル吸着面を有する検査ステージと、前記表示用パネルを点灯させるように前記筐体に配置されたプローブユニットとを含む点灯装置とを含み、
前記筐体は前記パネル吸着面が対向された開口を有し、
前記支持体は、上下方向へ伸びる支柱と、水平軸線の周りの角度的回転位置を調整可能に前記支柱に取り付けられたアームと、前記水平軸線の周りにおける前記アームの角度的回転位置を調整する位置調整機構と、前記支柱を支持する本体ベースと、前記本体ベースに取り付けられた複数のキャスターとを備える、
前記ビデオカメラは、前記カバーの開放部及び前記筐体の前記開口を介して前記表示用パネルを撮影するように、前記アームに配置されている、表示用パネルの点灯検査装置。 - 前記撮影処理装置は、さらに、前記ビデオカメラを前記検査すべき表示用パネルと平行の面内で移動させるべく前記支持体に配置された移動機構を含む、請求項1に記載の点灯検査装置。
- 前記カバーは、さらに、前記移動機構の一部を覆っている、請求項2に記載の点灯検査装置。
- 前記撮影処理装置は、さらに、前記カバーの開放部の前方の空間を閉鎖する蛇腹であって前記カバーに配置された蛇腹を含む、請求項3に記載の点灯検査装置。
- 前記移動機構は、さらに、前記ビデオカメラをこれの光軸方向に移動させる、請求項2に記載の点灯検査装置。
- 前記アームの角度的回転可能の範囲は、前記ビデオカメラの光軸が水平線に対し少なくとも0°から90°の角度範囲内で調整可能である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の点灯検査装置。
- 前記撮影処理装置は、さらに、前記ビデオカメラの出力信号を基に前記表示用パネルの良否を判定する信号処理装置を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の点灯検査装置。
