Claims (11)
- 半径方向フランジ(2c,19a)を持つ車輪軸受(8,23)の外レース(2,19)であって、該フランジ(2c,19a)が、管状に冷間形成される該外レース(2,19)の軸線方向端部において半径方向外方へ延び、該フランジ(2c,19a)を該車輪保持体(7,24)に取付けるため、該フランジ(2c,19a)が、軸線方向に該フランジ(2c,19a)を貫通しかつ半径方向外方へ開く切欠き(2f)を持っていることを特徴とする、外レース。
- 該切欠き(2f)が円弧状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の外レース。
- 該外レース(2,19)が打抜き過程から打抜き縁を持っている、請求項1に記載の外レース。
- 該車輪軸受(8,23)にある該外レース(2)が、少なくとも部分的に該車輪保持体(7,24)内に半径方向に支持され、該フランジ(2c)が取付け素子(14)により軸線方向に該車輪保持体(7,24)に対して固定しており、該車輪保持体(7,24)から軸線方向に遠い方にある該フランジ(2c)の側(2e)で、該取付け素子(14)が該フランジ(2c)の後ろに係合し、それにより該フランジ(2c)が軸線方向に該車輪保持体(7,24)に保持されている、請求項1に記載の外レース。
- 該切欠き(2f)がピンにより貫通され、該取付け素子(14)がピンである、請求項4に記載の外レース。
- 該取付け素子(14)が該ピンの頭部(14a)である、請求項1に記載の外レース。
- 該フランジ(2c)が、該車輪保持体(7,24)に少なくとも部分的に軸線方向に当接している、請求項1に記載の外レース。
- 請求項1に記載の外レース(2)を持つ車輪軸受(23)であって、車輪保持体(24)に当接する該外レース(2)が設けられ、該外レース(2)が、半径方向フランジ(2c)で、軸線方向に該車輪保持体(24)に当接し、該フランジ(2c)が取付け素子(14)により、軸線方向に該車輪保持体(24)に対して固定しており、該取付け素子(14)が、該車輪保持体(24)から軸線方向に遠い方にある該フランジ(2c)の側(2e)で、該フランジ(2c)の後ろに係合し、それにより該フランジ(2c)が軸線方向に該車輪保持体(24)に保持され、各取付け素子(14)が、該車輪保持体(24)及び該フランジ(2c)に同時に軸線方向に当接している、車輪軸受。
- 該取付け素子(14)が頭部(14a)を持つピンであり、各ピンが該車輪保持体(24)に固定しており、その頭部(14a)が、該車輪保持体(24)から遠い方にある該フランジ(2c)の側で、該フランジ(2c)の後ろに係合し、該頭部(14a)が同時に軸線方向に該フランジ(2c)及び該車輪保持体(24)に当接している、請求項8に記載の車輪軸受を持つ車輪軸受装置。
- 各頭部(14a)が該車輪保持体(7)の軸線方向突起(25a)に当接し、該突起(25a)が半径方向に該フランジ(2c)に続いている、請求項9に記載の車輪軸受装置。
- 該頭部(14a)が該車輪保持体(24)の共通な軸線方向環部分(27)に当接し、該環部分(27)が該フランジ(2c)の周囲を包囲している、請求項9に記載の車輪軸受装置。
