Claims (7)
- 織機用のヘルドシャフトのためのシャフトロッド(4)であって、成形体(15)を備えており、該成形体が、補助成形体(19)のための、長手方向で延在する横断面c字形の収容スペース(24)を有しており、補助成形体(19)が、シャフト長手方向に対して垂直な挿入方向(35)で成形体(15)の内室(24)に挿入されて該成形体(15)に接着接合部(33)を介して結合されており、成形体(15)と補助成形体(19)との間で働く係止手段(25)が設けられており、該係止手段(25)が、成形体(15)の2つの脚部(22,23)によって形成されており、これらの脚部が、補助成形体(19)又は該補助成形体の一部(43)に周面係合しており且つ当該脚部によって取り囲まれた内室(24)の径(E)よりも小さな口径(D)を有しており、係止手段(25)が接着接合部(33)を圧力負荷しており、この場合、係止手段(25)が、挿入方向(35)に対して傾斜した少なくとも1つの押圧面を有しており、該押圧面により、挿入方向(35)で作用する力が補助成形体(19)に加えられて、該補助成形体を挿入方向(35)に対して横方向に向けられた接触面(30,32,41)に向かって押圧するようになっており、これにより、係止手段が補助成形体(19)を、接着接合部(33)がまだ硬化していない状態で、成形体(15)に関して目標位置で位置固定するようになっており、前記内室(24)内で成形体(15)及び/又は補助成形体(19)に、接着接合部(33)を規定し且つ該接着接合部に貫通係合する少なくとも1つの突出部(29,30,31,32)が配置されていることを特徴とする、シャフトロッド。
- 成形体(15)及び補助成形体(19)が互いに相補的に形成されている、請求項1記載のシャフトロッド。
- 突出部(29,30,31,32)が長手方向で延在するリブである、請求項1記載のシャフトロッド。
- 成形体(15)及び補助成形体(19)が、遊び無しで相接して保持されているように係止手段(25)が形成されている、請求項1記載のシャフトロッド。
- 係止手段(25)が、補助成形体(19)の2つの脚部(55,56)によって形成されており、これらの脚部が、成形体(15)の係止区分(52)に周面係合しており且つ当該脚部によって取り囲まれた収容スペース(51)の径よりも小さな口径(D)を有している、請求項1記載のシャフトロッド。
- 成形体(15)と補助成形体(19)との間に、接着接合部(33)から押し退けられた過剰な接着剤のための収容スペース(38,39,47,48,62,63)が設けられている、請求項1記載のシャフトロッド。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のシャフトロッドを有する少なくとも1つのヘルドシャフトが設けられた織機。
