Claims (3)
- 自動工具交換装置を備えた工作機械において、主軸と一体的に形成されたタービンとハウジングとの間にエアギャップが形成されたエアスピンドルの前記主軸の先端に前記エアスピンドルの外側で一体的に取付固定され工具を保持する加熱されて前記主軸よりも先に膨張する焼嵌めホルダと、前記焼嵌めホルダまで移動して前記主軸の先端において前記焼嵌めホルダを高周波誘導加熱によって加熱して前記焼嵌めホルダに前記工具を取り付けるまたは前記焼嵌めホルダから前記工具を取り外す高周波誘導加熱装置と、を備えた工作機械。
- 前記焼嵌めホルダおよび主軸を貫通して鉛直方向に進退可能に設けられ前記焼嵌めホルダの工具取付穴に挿入される工具のシャンク端面に軸心1点で接触して前記工具の突出量を規定するセンタピンを備えた請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 工具を保持するポットと、前記ポットを鉛直方向に往復移動させる移動装置と、前記ポットを水平1軸方向に往復移動させる移動装置と、複数の工具を配置しておく工具ラックと、前記工具ラックから工具を選択的に取り出して前記ポットに引き渡す工具引渡装置と、を含んでなる工具搬送装置を備えた請求項1に記載の工作機械。
