Claims (4)
- 縁部を据えて加工される大面積の工作物の機械加工用の工作機械であって、
長尺のベッド(1)上で座標軸に沿って移動可能な可動コラム(4)と、
少なくとも2つの別の座標軸に沿って可動コラム(4)を介して移動可能な機械加工ユニット、それも旋回可能な工作主軸(13)を有する機械加工ユニットと、
水平の準備位置から垂直の機械加工位置へ旋回可能な、少なくとも1つのほぼプレート状の工作物キャリア(30,31)とを含む形式のものにおいて、
前記機械加工ユニットが、中心の支持管(10)と、該支持管を中心として各120°の角位置にある3本のテレスコープ式脚(14,15,16)とを有する3脚ユニットであり、
前記可動コラム(4)が、中央の穴(8)内に、長手方向に滑動可能な支持管(10)のための自在軸受(9)を有し、かつまた下部の2個の穴と上部の1個の穴各々の内には、テレスコープ式脚(14,15,16)のための自在軸受(21,22,23)を有しており、
前記旋回可能な工作主軸(13)用の、支持管軸線を中心として回転可能な保持体(12)が、支持管(10)の上端(11)に配置されていることを特徴とする、縁部を据えて加工される大面積の工作物の機械加工用の工作機械。 - 2つの交互に工作物の準備と加工を行う2つのステーション(I,II)を含み、該ステーションが、長尺のベッド(1)の後方に隣接配置され、該ステーションの各々が旋回可能な工作物キャリア(30,31)を有し、各準備空間が加工区域から可動ドア(35)によって隔離される形式のものにおいて、
前記ドア(35)が単一部分からなるスライド式ドアであり、該ドアが、水平の準備位置へ旋回する工作物キャリア(30,31)の前方に交互に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された工作機械。 - 前方スライド式ドア(35)が、プログラム制御式線形駆動装置により移動せしめられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載された工作機械。
- 連続的な円錐形トラフ(24)として構成されたチップ捕集部材が、長尺のベッド(1)とスライド式ドア(35)又は垂直の工作物キャリアとの間の、加工区域下方に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された工作機械。
